So if i understand correctly all the fss tables work for vr out of the box.
Is there a way to drop in a room for these tables
FSS tables work really well in VR. I really love Arconovum's mods. The only issues I've been running into are visual. For example, on many of the FSS tables I've downloaded, the backglass extends beyond the backglass cabinet frame. I'm not sure why they render this way in VR, as they look perfect in "regular" VP.
The solution I've found works best is to click on the backglass picture in the editor. Arconovum usually has three backglass images stacked here. If you click on the bg1 (or something like that) and bg2 layers and set the opacity to "0," the backglass no longer "pops out" of the frame in VR. If you delete these files, you'll get an error that requires you to hit the enter key when you launch the table (it reads something like "Object referenced that does not have an image").
Sometimes topper images in FSS create similar display problems. Arconovum's Creature from the Black Lagoon, for example, features a really cool topper that unfortunately "clips through" the backglass. The solution is the same: Select all these files in the editor and set opacity to zero. Seems to clear everything up.
Beyond that, some FSS tables benefit from copying and pasting siderails and/or lockdown bar.
As far as dropping FSS tables into a room goes, that's beyond me! I'd love to learn how...
