Did a little research on Adams family thing flip to see if i could use the same method to do the fandom flip.
He basically uses a ramp to guide the ball to the appropriate spot.

If i recall correctly the fandom flip can be active anytime including during multiball. If this is the case i could not use a ramp to guide the ball because it would effect other balls on the table.
Does anyone know if fandom flip can be active during multiball?

If it is, having it behave correctly would be a matter of having the opto sensor in the exact right place and exact flippers settings. Even then depending on the ball speed down the inane would effect the direction of the shot.

Anyway, i guess until i can find better images for the other toys ill put this update further down the list. Id hate to upload and ugly table with flat looking toys.

Maybe i should retire from table building and let the pros handle these complex tables with lots of toys

I think the table looks great. Thank you for all your work UW. I love your stuff.

The way some people talk about the tables here...complete lack of respect. If you spot an issue or like to see an improvement, there are appropriate ways of bringing that up.

In total agreement here,

UW......I can't see any problems here. Monster Bash in it's current state, is still in my top 5 tables.

Thanks for your work. otvclap.gif

Scott you do a great job and I'm a massive fan of your work. I hope you never leave the scene as you've created some corking tables and you have a talent for doing so...

The sad fact on here is that despite what you and others contribute some people feel they need to leave disrespectful comments, these arseholes are best ignored. A few people have recently become grabby and want everyrthing straight away (is there a way to block thread responses from certain individuals??). Just work at your own pace and concentrate on the important things in life.

Thanks guys.
Does anyone know about the fandom flip. Can it be active during multiball?

I guess ill try to find a rulesheet

i haven't played this in quite a while. After the 6 months i spent building and testing it i was pretty sick of it

I hope that is does not use it during m-ball as I think the guide ramps is a smart move to realize the phantom aim!
Anyway UW! Toys and phantom flip aside! I just love this table! give_rose.gif

I guess many tables could be improved, but I more so, many people should learn some manners and appreciate what is given! air_kiss.gif

Regards!

Yeah i looked at the rulesheet and it doesn't allude to whether the flips are active during multiball, so when i update the table i will add invisible guides for the fandom flips.

Can you flip manually when the fandom flip is lit. Hmm.

maybe clean up the models right now they look too 2d like a piece of paper and they have black lines round them especially the monster, the white chick and that orange thing tongue.gif

I guarantee if you bought UW a nice restored Monster Bash machine for his house, he would make the perfect recreation that would completely satisfy your needs.

I read a few guides and watched a few vids. None mentioned whether they can be active during MB.

Maybe we should just put together a list of questions to post on Pinside. Some of those guys are VP fans or at least respect the work, so we'd probably get a quick reply.

Looks cool...is there a current link to the high res version?  Both the links in the first post are now dead and I don't see it when I search the site for downloads.

The link that's in Jared Camp's post (three posts above yours) works fine.

Honestly the high rez version doesn't seem noticeably different on my 1080p screen. Running it anyways though! :)
