Check the ball option in the table too and set motion trail to 0.
For it to use the effect in vp settings this should be set to -1. ;)

Update to this table here  -

http://www.vpforums....113#entry325148

Regarding Ringmaster nudge - you will notice he still does but it's no where near as exaggerated as it was in VP9 due to the new physics engine.

If I make him wobble more whilst nudging, during play it will be completely unrealistic when the ball hits him (too much movement).

Dozer,

On the last version 5 table I am getting 335 fps.

On this version 6 table with the same settings I'm getting 125 fps.

Just wondering what type of changes did you make between the 2 versions to make such a large difference?

Thanks for all you work on these tables.

Rich

Hey Rich, I think from memory I accidentally uploaded a version with the frame limit set to 120 - Just change it back to -1 and you should get the same performance again.

Dozer,

First off amazing tables...wanted to show you a bug I found playing Voltaire today.  The pinball has a tendency to bounce around on this table in the Gobble Hole and Today it actually launched into no mans land please see that attached pic

I tried this table yesterday, whats up with VP10 that I got only 75 fps with this table? PM5 version is around 245 fps, the vpx version is great but its unplayable at 75 fps.

Not playable at 75fps? I have my setup lock at 60fps, because I prefer a constant fps than a jumping fps.

Same here and no issues with playability :)

Fine, unlock your limit, test this table and tell me what you got before starting a game.

Has anyone else had audio problems with this table and BBB?  I cannot get the ROM sounds to work.  I have tried everything I can think of (adjusting rom volume, windows volume, VPX sound settings, replaced ROM, cleared nv, updated all my scripts).  This table looks amazing but all I hear are the ball rolling and mech sounds.  I don't even get the ROM boot ding when it starts up.  I have the same issue with the BBB beta as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm obviously missing a required file or missed something in the script.

After some additional hair pulling, I answered my own question.  It appears that I had never carried my direct output plugin/config over to VPX.  All of these tables are working 100% now.  For those of you experiencing problems with ROM sounds on VPX tables with separate folders, don't forget to copy the DOF stuff over.

Dozer.

The mega links I have found for your VP10 CV and MM tables are down.  Did you remove them?  Please post another link.  I would very much like to try them.  2 of my favorites!

Thanks in advance.

Junky

Hi there - I will be uploading these beta tables this week after I check them in the final version of VPX - there are a few to get through but my other projects are complete for the time being so I'll have some time to finally get it done.
