@RealApprentice & anyone having the same problem:

What I have done is to put back the old plunger and keep the new lamp and the new apron smile.gif :

http://www.mediafire...old-plunger.zip

Enjoy! smile.gif
JP

PS:I think a good solution is to keep the plunger made with lights in the desktop version, and just use the alpha ramps plunger in the FS version, since the FS versions are meant to be used at higher resolutions with bigger images. And without HR the FS versions don't look too good either smile.gif Just some thought for the new updates/tables in September (I hope) smile.gif (just talking to myself smile.gif I'm quite good at it, and I always get the right answer, hahaha)

Thanks JP for fixing my plunger problem.

Your solution would definitely be fine for me as im still playing on my desktop and can only be jealous of the ones with cabinets.

I'm getting a weird issue with the ROM on this one. Every time I start it up, there's an error notification. When I check the report, it says the ramp magnet is broken. I tried deleting table, ROM, and registry entry and same thing. Hmm...

Just delete the nvram. It is is the nvram file where the rom settings are saved. If you play the table several times and you never hit that magnet, then then rom believes there is something wrong and you get the warning.

(the nvram file is the file in the NVRAM folder with the same name as the ROM)

Hi JP!! Do you have a remedy for my situation?
When I use Nvidia, the ball is behind the flippers (normal).... but unfortunately I can't use Nvidia and I can only use the integrated graphics chip of my laptop which only gives me this problem... (ball graphics are above flipper graphics...)

Any tips? It happens in 1-2 other places too... it's a graphics issue only.

I haven't a clue about what can we do about that graphic error, and I'm afraid there is nothing we can do.
I guess you have already tried the newest driver for that graphic card and maybe update the directx too.

Yes...I have tried everything regarding the graphics chip... I will try to put on an image on the flippers and see if the ball image overlaps that too...

edit: I have dx 11 and now i'm downloading some optional earlier dx components...they might solve the problem...

I've tried Firepower by UncleReamus and Noah and it doesn't have the same problem in graphics... Is it something radically different on your flipper designs? I will try to put the same dimensions to see if it is a bug that has to do with a "numeric threshold"...

edit: I still can't find what causes the "ball on top of flipper image" effect...I compared UR&N Firepower settings with Totan's, I even copied the flippers from Firepower to Totan, but it still has that "bug".

I'm looking for a difference between Firepower and TOTAN that makes TOTAN's flippers look normal when I use an Nvidia card and behind ball when i use the integrated graphics chip. Firepower and all the other non-JP tables look normal no matter what graphics chip I use.

Sorry for my monologues, but I feel that we can find a workaround for my system... these tables are my favorite and it's really disturbing to play them with this "little" bug.
