Did you happen to get the 3D model plane and propellers zany had made?

Looks good.

Dark....no...i never finished "that" plane. The model was done, but not the texture.

SOOOO many nice tables.....where will this end!??! :D

I asked zany about the plane model, but he didn't finished it.

Franzleo made it for FP and shared with me the model, I retextured it in blender using texture paint and then bake in cycles.

I'm not a 3D artist (at all), I hope, if you have the time, you add your magic to this table. Ramps look good but I'm sure you will do better :D

Ninuzzu,

Great table, I like the bounce and control on the flippers.

One problem I'm having is the ball gets stuck on the wireform of the left ramp just where it loops back and stops at the metal frame edge of the ramp.

What version of VPX did you save the table as?

I tried versions between 2066 and 2107 with the same problem.

Rich

Hey Rich,

I saved the table with rev 2094. Going to check since I don't have this problem , maybe the ball speed was too low and it stopped before completing the ramp. That happened one time to me...

Thanks Fren,

Had the same problem on Kingpin and forgot the fix. Thought it was the version, couldn't remember!

I had object level on the 3rd notch for kingpin, had to set it to the 4th notch for Tommy. My aging Nvidea 9600 GSO isn't cutting it on my desktop for newer VP tables anymore. It's getting old like me.

By the way I notice the AMH banner at the bottom of your post. Does that mean it about to be released for bata? :surprise:

Rich

The following table was requested several times (from a single person). ;)

JSYK: I just fixed the issue you reported with the rotated rubber that won't collide with the ball on this table.

I noticed Road Kings is giving me an error on load up now....something about top visible slings.

I haven't checked it in a while.  I'll check it out with the current build and get it updated.

incredible table Tommy, 1st attempt, seems exactly like what the devs wanted (new table authors which can make great tables).  How long did you spend on it?

Sorry for the delay, I didn't read your post...I started it 2 months ago, more or less, but believe me, I spended most of the time on learning (especially blender, I used it in 2009 for Pro Evolution Soccer, I was a modder at that time, a lot of things have changed ). The pf was already done by CaptainNeo, the ramps and the plane model by Franzleo and we already have different versions in VP8 and VP9: this helped me a lot.

I updated Road Kings.  I didn't notice the script error.  I mostly just got the kickers updated to the new ones.  I did notice that the table seems to play much faster than I remember.  I'm not sure if there were some physics updates along the way but I'll probably revisit this more later to re-adjust the play a little bit.

Same link as before to keep it easy on Loaf.

Great table. Really impressive work, I hope that your first VPX table won't be your last :)

One of the best VPX tables until now imo, VPX needs a section in VPForums.org Downloads instead of this thread.

they cant have a DL section until VP10 is out of beta, because all the tables are also beta.... once its not beta the authors will also finalize their tables and upload to the appropriate area...

right now the easiest way is to bookmark the first page and check everyday like the rest of us kooks...   ;)
