I no longer get this message during game play VBSScript error "object required" however after the game is over and after the match sequence, that same message pops up when the locked balls are released

Thanks for the superb update JP.
I don't know if this is general or just me, but I seem to get ghost balls in the left drain.

Thanks again for this great table! laugh.gif

Cheers!

Looking at that pic you posted makes me realize how good this table looks. seeing that close up shot it made me do a double take.
Was thinking: Wait is this a real table shot...? dblthumb.gif

Keep up the great work. VP tables are getting better and better every day.

Aw rats.
Looks like one more update may be required. But we are getting there.
This table rocks.

Had 2 x VB script errors tonight on the new FS table (with the kicker removed). Both happened on 'coffin' multiball, 'crate' multiball seemed ok.

Cheers.

Thanks for all your help smile.gif I found the error in the FS version: the coffin kicker didn't was "enabled" so the unhit sub never got executed. I think the collision script is a very nice idea but for vpm tables it should be built in the core.vbs. Maybe not the collision sub itself but the sub to create and delete the ball id should be built in the core.vbs. I remember manofwar build something like this to keep track of the balls. It was just a few extra lines in the core.vbs.

Ok, new version to try, 1.4.2, now the coffin should not give more erros smile.gif

Thanks for the update JP - this morning I got 4 prototype coffin multiballs with no problems, it's fixed!!!! otvclap.gif

Just a question... is your B2B collision using the 'ball_ball_hit.wav' for the crack effects, I noticed there were no 'collide*.wav' files in your sound bank?

Thanks.

@bladexdsl: I'm using windows 7 64 bits, no stutter at all. Have you moved the alpha ramp accuracy slider to the left? You may move it all to the left, I don't think you'll see any changes in the alpha ramps, and you'll get the speed back.

@thewool: yes, cough cough, of course the collide sounds are in the table rolleyes.gif Well, they are now.smile.gif I start to wonder what happened with the FS version. When I made the update I was updating both tables at the same, just to be sure to do not forget anything, and in the end the FS table where missing many changes that I'm sure I made. I guess it was a user "error", as always use to be. I guess, somehow, I managed to overwrite the FS table with an older version. Well, the collide sounds are now in the table, same version number. So just download the table, or just import them if you already have them.

Tried the table (1.4.2) and I have two questions.
I am getting a strange behavior on the plunger when it is released it is kind of rebounding very fast and it doesn't seem to launch the ball properly. Anybody else experiencing that, I don't remember having this on previous versions.
Also when the ball is ejected from the coffin it doesn't go straight through to the flipper, it rebounds on the rubber on the left, is it normal?

Thanks for your help.

I haven't changed neither the plunger or any other part of the table, so basically it should work just like before. Maybe try restarting the computer, just an idea.

It was so late last night that I did not have time to install.
Turns out that was good.
Now hopefully I can get the final version after work.
Thanks for all the updates, I'll take any improvements on this table I can get because I play it all the time. smile.gif
Now, if some day we could have a Cactus Canyon update and Big Bang Bar update, life would be even better.

Are you using a real plunger/microswitch combination in a cab at all?

If so, don't pull the plunger out as far.

I am using a launch button and I don't get this problem on any other table.
I guess I'll have to live with it until I find the problem as it does not seem to be an issue from the table.
Thanks for your input guys.
