Hi there rockhouse,

the three rollover lights in the top,

can you change them with your flipper buttons, or doesnt that work either?

I would undo the last change I made in the script, or re-download and start 'from scratch' with the table.

It is a true gem, and I dont say this just because I'm a Dutchy :)

I just downloaded Diner v1.2 onto my laptop.  My laptop does not have DOF installed and this table works with no script change.

What errors do you get with the original script?  If your VP is up to date, you should not have to modify the script at all

Im not adding anything to the current conversation but I played a few games today and Im still freaking amazed at the quality of this release, probably a top 5 of all VPX releases. I like the real table but this is one of those rare VPX tables that makes me like the vpx version more than the real thing . Weird but a good weird

I wonder if you could go into your User folder, located where VP is installed, and open the Controller.txt

Maybe change the 1's to 0's.

Here is example of Controller.txt

forcedisableB2S=0
UseDOFcontactors=0
UseDOFKnocker=0
UseDOFChimes=0
UseDOFBell=0
UseDOFGear=0
UseDOFShaker=0

Not sure if this will work.

Because I have never had to remove the dof calls in script.

These DOF lines in scripts should not effect someone who doesn't have DOF installed on there system.

I would think you are getting this error from copies of your scripts being somewhere besides your scripts folder.

Check to see if you have any vbs scripts anywhere else besides your script folder.

Or update to latest VPX, which comes with the newest vbs scripts.

Pretty confident that Xenonoph is on the money again.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

It all depends on what kind of sound you are talking about. If it is the rom - well, then you need to take on your pinball tech suit and follow the guides provided here.

https://www.vpforums...tutorials&cat=9

If it is table sampled sounds. Open table manually -> File -> open. Go to Sound Manager. Press the kind of misplaced name "Position". Under here you can set the volume for one or all samples. Once done - remember to press save and completely exit the table. It will not work if you just change the volume without a restart.

Yes it is rom..I will hardly be able to find directions exactly for this table..Interestingly, all the tables are 26 vol..But Diner is at least 40% stronger..Buuuum

Ok tnx Thalamus..

You can always consider installing PinVol. That way you can easily adjust the general output from tables to become the same. It is for me a need to have utility.

Thank you for this fantastic and ooh so beautiful recreation!  :otvclap:

Great gameplay! Using my own setup to meet my desktop playing needs.

Here is a test-run video of your table in action using the current VPX 10.7 Beta rev build 4066.
