I meant, I d/l your VBS file you gave me the link for, changed the name to match the VPX filename, put it in the same folder as the VPX file - run the table - get the error.

 

 

 

Somehow you have done something wrong, maybe you edited by mistake?
there is no such line in the VBS file i linked
download a new copy and open it in notepad or notepad++ and you will see that it does not have that many lines

Yes, if you want the DMD off of the table, with table open in editor, click on the backglass button

select all the table DMD parts, top left corner all those little boxes, just drag a box around them to select them all

press control shift L to unlock them

now hold shift and press up arrow about 5 times

this will move them all up out of view

 

launch table to test, if satisfied, save table

 

If you ever want it back, just select all the parts and shift down arrow 5 times

THANK YOU SO MUCH! It worked and now that I know this I was able to remove the one on the Alien Trilogy table and I have others that I need to do this with! Thank you again! Now if anyone gets a way to get that to the DMD - that'd be great

No, I don't do much about db2s, I always let other people do those db2s

 

I'm thinking about to make a new revision of this table, add new physics, lightning, flashers, add better music and sounds. And when ready then I'll ask for some help with the db2s

but i am still going to take that as a no

He put a bunch of lights in that backglass, they look neat, but they'd have needed support from the table to run them

 

The table has to turn them on and off, thought maybe you and he worked together on it since he had gone through so much trouble to make all the lamps

I didn't know that db2s even existed Usually those authors contact me and tell me which lines I can add to the table to drive the lights they have added, and when they should turn on and off. But I can't remember if that author contacted me.

maybe i will look at it and make a list of the lights it uses
and make you an organized template of the light groups

that at least just turns them on

and then you could play with it and have them do something more interesting

 

If you wanted i mean, may be a bit hard for you to do effectively since you cant normally display a backglass

That one was the only backglass i had, only one i saw back when i got your table

UPDATE

 

4.0.0 Updated 25.11.2022

- Updated to my latest VPX7 physics

- Music is now OGG and in better quality.

- Added SSF commands.

- Table size reduced but the graphics have better resolution, 4k (ish )

- And many script changes.

- Thanks to loadedweapon for testing the table and adjusting the flashers.

And thanks to JP for making my ideas a reality   

Table looks and plays better than ever..

And we have new Flashers for the door will blink green to know which side to enter and new callouts when to save Zelda.

JP in your new download, the DMD folder is missing

 

Disregard this, you moved them inside

 

But i do have one thing to report

 

In desktop mode, the ramp texture on the upper right side (Link on wooden ramp) is high resolution

 

In cab mode, it seems to change to a low resolution image
i made it a bit better by changing the Y scale to 1 instead of 1.1 in the cab pov
but still pretty fuzzy

 

Not sure why though as you can see no other textures have issue

As for the image he blows the Ocarina there so that's why the image but I did make that 10 years ago before 4k lol

i didnt have an Occarina image handy, just happened to have that one
