I like the sides as they are and wonder what 3-5 rows of strips on the back would look like (if possible).

As I have yet to build my cab, thinking a multi strip in rear of playfield would be all that is needed and look great. (No Cree LEDs).

Thanks for sharing the new vid randr

Yes you could have a matrix on back and actually create 5 rgb's with matrix plus patterns shapes and words even

Adding configs to tables in dof tool so all will emulate 5 flasher bar thanks to swisslizards work. I'll make a new video showing effects without 5 flashers attached and just rgb's across back

Optional of coarse to replace 5 flashers with rgb strip. Still great add on for sides and back either way

Example of just one strip across back to simulate 5 flasher bar. Just pretend the one strip is 3-6 or more rows high

wife in bed so i had to hold camera myself

Nice videos randr, I'm curious about how you mounted the addressable rgb strips in the corners of your cab (from the sides to the flasher panel) Did you just bend them or did you solder wires to the strips or maybe you used some special connectors?

A few pictures would be appreciated :)

The strips are very flexible, you can just bend them at a 90 degree angle without any problems

Fren is correct. Although tonight I'm cutting them and adding a matrix to back wall so now not so simple. But still easy

Ok. Im sure your sick of these videos! BUT! i added a matrix of 8x17 on back to replace 5 rgb's when new leds arrive will be at least double resolution. The effects are just amazing for example animation when you hit crate eyes raise up! or castle hit in MM green raises. endless possibilities!
