Great table tiptoe.
Don't mind harsh comments. Set the table up how you like it to play. Everyone can adjust it to what they like for themselves.

this was the point of this discuss..you canīt customize them yourself, cause many things mess up if you change them.

Not only flippersettings. Even if you change the slope or gravity, then some timers will not work correctly.

My current VPX Tables I am working on:

Attack from Mars/Finished - The Walking Dead Pro/90% - The Lord of the Rings/75% - Family Guy/90% - The Simpsons Pinball Party/15%

Add to that ...

I certainly hope my comments weren't perceived as harsh. I was just being honest.

It is a MOD of our table, after all.

huh.gif

It's an incredible recreation, an incredible undertaking, and the results are simply breathtaking.

Hands down ... AWESOME.

I remember the first time i see a video from WIP.

I said this can't be...something is not ok here, this is just an animation...
After 2 video i said..okok maybe possible but it will needs at least 2x gtx 580 or something like that.

And now i sit here and plays a 6000euro machine in Same quality(for me it is) behind my rotated monitor and it runs perfectly with a simple gtx 285 in 1680*1050 even in multiball without any stutter.
If it won't be harder i am still really happy...of course if you finetune it this table will be more perfect.

This table made for 1920*1080 and i see only one graphical error line in 1680*1050:

Terminator2 black line

Well this is minimal error for me, so i no need to change my monitor(for this table yes i should do it without any thinking if it must...)

No worries Noah, I understand that you can be a little bit disappointed if someone takes your work and spoil one part of it. I'm working on it and I hope you will like better the new physics. I think it's possible it will still be easier than yours, but faster and harder than the current version.

By the way, do you think we can move this thread into FS section instead of MOD? Or at least make it visible on both?

Very interesting! Thank you for the screenshot, it seems that 1680 x 1050 is not too bad for this table. You have severals wrong lines vertically and horizontally, but nothing really disturbing except the one you noticed which is a bit more visible.

here's the error that pops up when using the Ledwiz core, maybe it helps narrowing down the problem :

I never thought I would be able to play this table on my old pc, but reading through this thread, it seemed like maybe I could, so I just downloaded it. First impression after playing just 1 game.... Awesome table, thanks for the options to turn to some things off, I may try to turn some back on as the table played pretty nice for me. It looks fabulous, excellent job on this reel table, it played far better than I would have expected for a reel table.

Amazing work. Thanks!

Would love to see more tables created with this detail on VP. It really makes all the other VP tables look awful by comparison. At least we know what VP can do with some serious talent behind it.

Just a fantastic job Tipoto. Wish VP had more talent like yours!

While this table does look different, it makes no others look 'awful', by comparison or not. This is a crummy word to use when the talented people here make these things for no regard for compensation other than a 'thank you'.

Yes tipoto did a fantastic job, but I take issue with the rest of your comment as I feel it denigrates our other fantastically talented authors.

Awful is a really bad word to hear for an author like me and also for any other author spending hell of a time to make tables. And "some serious" talent sounds like you wanne say other authors do not
have talent. If you have a clue how hard it is to make a table in that qualtiy. Tipoto used another way to make it, and itīs an pure horror to do tables like that. And of course time consuming like hell. In the
meantime other authors makes 10 Tables ( Ok JP makes 20 wink.gif ) the other way that is recommend. Also tipotos table have ALOT negative things that you do not have with editor based tables.
I also brake barriers with my banzai, a table that never has been done before that way, and of course in High Defenition...

So please keep attention a bit more...

My current VPX Tables I am working on:

Attack from Mars/Finished - The Walking Dead Pro/90% - The Lord of the Rings/75% - Family Guy/90% - The Simpsons Pinball Party/15%

Have to agree. This table looks "better" because of the technique used, end off! However as the lack of any sort of modification shows, this technique is not without it's flaws. This table is no doubt the prettiest table to hit VP ever IMO but again that is due to how it's made. JP, UW, NOAH & UR, Groni and older authors like PD especially among others have all made stunning VP Tables and don't deserve to be undermined!! A great accomplishment no doubt but please respect all those who are gracious enough to share their talent's with us!!

The only thing I will say is that I would love for VP to be updated in a way so that tables like this will be easier to achieve and more customizable so that all players 4:3, WS or FS users can enjoy. In that regard I guess I wish it were more like FP.

Once again my hats off to you for a great accomplishment with this table. Great Job!!

Can we stop with the 'one upmanship' in this release thread? - both tables are good. If this continues I'll start deleting childish comments.
