Nice score on Kiss Android.
Funny, on your bumpers, they have white hair.

SM dont provocate me on MY table (lol inside)

and yes, you can clock that table, as i can too wink.gif
in VP, this table is easy when simply always aiming for the same thing (as the PACMAN table for example)

LOST WORLD VP9 JP
996.450
MIC

let the ball drained for tilting the table while bonus collecting... always nervous to be as close as possible of the clock

THANKS GUYS, I don't think I'll be playing Kiss for awhile.

Yeah, I don't know, I have a pretty decent, but definitely not new machine.

Dell
Dimension 8400
Intel Pentium4 CPU 3.00 Ghz(2cpu)
WinXP Home SP2 (could never get SP3 always fails install)
2094MB(2GIG)RAM
DirectX 9.0c
ATI Radeon HD 4650
DAC type: 400Mhz
Total Video Memory: 1024 MB(1GIG)
Display Mode: Desktop/Vpinmame (same)
1024x768 x 32bit Full Screen
Direct Draw: Enabled
Direct3d Acceleration: Enabled
AGP: Enabled
*all DirectX Features have been tested and work.

I can fully render and Max out the Graphics card settings with: Catalyst Control Center: version: 2008.0902.2139.36933
Microsoft Net Framework Vers: 2.0.50727.3603

I have to select Performance over quality, to eliminate ball stutter in most all the Video Card settings:(I have listed my setting along with possible settings)

Smoothvision HD: Anti-Aliasing(AA)
Level: 2X (0, 2X, 4X)
Filter: Box (Box, Narrow-tent, Wide-tent, Edge detect)

Smoothvision HD: Anisotropic Filtering:
per pixel samples: 2X (2X, 4X, 8X, 16X)

Catalyst A.I. :
Disable Catalyst A. I. : unchecked
Advanced (regular, advanced)

Mipmap Detail Level: Performance (High Performance,
Performance, Quality, High Quality)

Wait for Vertical Refresh: Performance (options sames
as above)

Adaptive Anti-Aliasing

Enable Adaptive Anti-Aliasing: performance (performance, Quality)

Those are my Video settings:
I have to uncheck Hardware Rendering in VP/VPM on most all newer tables, and even shadows I uncheck if after playing I get some stutter during multiball or such)
I have read that this is the ATI issues and I guess I will have to live with it. I would really love to have the see-through ramps and still play stutter free, but without the Nvidia Video Card I am up Sh#t creek!!
I will be the first to admit, that I have checked out what the video settings mean, but the application of those settings that causes judder/stutter etc. eludes my expertise as to what I can enable/disable or sampling 2X-16X. I am more than willing to try a few things, but I am happy to be able to play the newer games without too much delay/stutter. Should I just try use application settings? I just don't know. I can't update my catalyst drivers because of my inability to be able to get WinXP SP3 to stick (Access Denied) Driver version as above: 09.02
I am not sure if 10.x and the other updated drivers would help or not, I have heard that some ATI users have had to roll back their drivers in order to play VP/VPM without stutter: I could change display to 16bit instead of 32bit, but that hasn't appeared to change things that much, and I have other 3d intensive games that seem to play fine without stutter, though they are older. ETQW: quake wars etc.
Anyone who has better computer savvy, or suggestions to help this situation would be appreciated!!

Android, I'm not exactly sure what the problem might be on your end.

I have:
- A 2.2 GHz Dual Core processor
- A ATI Radeon HD Mobility 3450 with 512 MB RAM
- 4 GB regular RAM
- Win7

What I did can be boiled down to two things:

1) I rolled back my drivers to 10.2 - the XP version of the drivers.
2) I disabled Hardware Device Rendering. I also set the Max Texture Dimension to 1024, but that should only be me.

Right now, I can play many tables without problems. The transparent ramps look like arse, but who cares? Well, apparently, you do, so I guess that's a problem. Not sure what else you can do, since my problems mainly came from incompatibility with VP and the Win7 ATI drivers.

Nice scores RipleYYY wink.gif

and I agree about LW being way too easy. I mean once you get the 5x, just aim for the kicker holes, the ball shoots out hits the flipper bounces to the other flipper and then bam to the other kickerhole then repeat til win biggrin.gif

shuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, dont tell scoring secret wink.gif

can you find the one for PACMAN ? there's a similar "vp bug/default" to score until the end with a minimum of skill needed (i was bored and did not go to reach the clock)

Will there ever be an online highscore function added to VP, so all our high scores can be uploaded and so they would show up as the high scorce on other machines as long as they are connected to the internet?

LOL i'll keep my mouth shut. If you mean vp9 Mr.&Mrs Pac-Man by TAB then yea, it's another broken table where you can keep repeating shots and I don't play it because of that. Maybe I should try the vp8 shockman version again.
