Soon I,ll build it JpSalas

There are still many Spanish pinball machines to build, I have been collecting them for years, asking friends pictures, asking pictures to pins sellers,etc...

You would have better luck asking for this Video Slot to be made in Fruit Machine MAME, as that is where you will find Slots emulation.

Have you ever seen any slot machines emulated in Visual Pinball?

That was my first and only slot machine :) Groni came up with the idea and the graphics, and I built the table. So, do not expect any update on that table/game :)

I'd like to add a Williams EM from 1972 to the list: Fan-Tas-Tic

1052398492.jpg

                  (Source)

Mindboggling combination of colors, an unusal layout with a bumper between the flippers and a working roulette as a randomizer toy. What is easy to achive in software today was quite a challenge back then with just some relais, a spinning motor, a ball and a couple of contacts to work with.

It was my first PIN. Got it in the late 70s. A friend found it in the cellar of a Pub that was closing business. It had served as a shelter for mice or whatever creatures lived in the celllar and it wasn't working but my buddies knew I had some talent to fix electrical things so we brought it to my parents house. Took me several weeks to bring it back to life. At that time there were no Pinball restore websites, forums or Youtube like nowadays. Luckily I found a big wiring diagram in the cab and the rest was trial and error. Getting spare parts like bulbs and coils wasn't hard because in many towns were service shops for the PINs in bars and restaurants that needed maintenance regularly.

Played it a couple of years but eventually was given away after I left my parents house. It took a couple of decades until I've got a PIN again. You might imagine I have some special memories when I see pictures of that PIN again. Would love to to play this again on VPX.

There is a VP8 version from 2011 but it doesn't work with VPX and even if it would there are no 3D elements in it. But the scripting can probably be reused for the rules.

In 2021 Bushav uploaded an archive with pictures he made from his Fan-Tas-Tic. So media files are already available.

The hardest challenge might be to recreate the roulette in 3D. It was already a challenge to make this work in the real machine back then. But hey, solving a challenge is more fun than just recreating another EM with the usual bumpers, slingshots and drop targets, isn't it?  :twiddling:

FWIW, here is a VP9 version.  Unfortunately it doesn't play with VPX.

Well, It's 2024 and the VPX wishlist will be updated. Sorry for the long absence from the forum:

- Scramble (Tecnoplay 1987)

- Thunderball (Williams 1982)

- Dragonfist (Stern 1981) (My most anticipated Table)

- Mach 2.0 Two (Spinball 1995)

- Varkon (Williams 1982)

- A Proper rebuild of Time 2000 (Atari)

- Space Riders (Atari)

- Hayburners II (Williams)

Wishing for also Gator (Bally 1969), but no updates so far from Jino0372. Hopefully he could finish the table this year.

What do you mean by "proper"?

The Table already existed on VPX as one of the early VPX tables back in mid 2015 that uses VP9 images (Back when VPX was in the early developments). Hoping for someone can rebuild that table again from scratch with new PF and plastics. I may take a shot on redrawing the PF and Plastics.

I'd ask for Domino's Spectacular Pinball Adventure. There is a VP9 table (versioned-up from a JP desktop version), but I've never been able to get the backglasses to work.

It'd also be nice to have a VPX version of Baffle Ball, the first Gottlieb table.

Just two on my wishlist:

1975 Bally's Knockout

1978 Wonder Wizard Demolition Derby (I know it's a toy, but I'd love to have it on my virtual pinball machine)
