The first Murphy's law: "If anything can go wrong, it will"
So, there is always something that will go wrong
I'll see to add a check so the droptargets don't come up if there is ball there.

Is the music in the music folder (not a folder in the music folder?)
Also, I found with Win 10, especially on the non rom tables, that you must select primary sound driver under audio preferences for the music to work.
Go to preferences under VPX. Select Audio from the dropdown (can't give the exact name, away from my machine) & for each setting (sound & music, select primary sound driver) hope this helps.

Thanks Blackvulcan3.
The music is in the music folder.
You might be right with the primaty sound driver. I know it's not selected. I'll try your solution as soon as I get back home & let you know.

Thanks once again !
For future reference:
Blackvulcan3 discovered that if:
WINDOWS 10 NO SOUND : especially on the non rom tables, you must select primary sound driver under audio preferences for the music to work.

Hey all, just a question on the music. I can see how to turn it off, but on this table only (my other UltraDMD tables are fine) that the music now is at a really low volume.
The table sounds etc are loud, music very soft.
Any way of turning up the music just for this table? The kids love this table for the music. Thank you JP for the smiles you put on my childrens faces with this, Smurfette and other gems.

The mp3 files were saved with a low volume, and the only way to change the volume is to change the mp3. So, I have upload the mp3 files with high volume, the file is called Gargamel_Music_High_Volume.zip. You will find the file in the table's download.

A small history lesson here: the music volume setting on VPX version 10.2 and earlier did not work as intended, and adjusting the volume of the audio files was the only way not to have the music overpower the sound effects. I know this, because this is also what I did for my Gradius table, which has similarly low-volume music.

There's probably a fresh round of websites getting hit and taken down out there that Noah happened to notice, and we're seeing more original tables based around band themes. And, well, let's face it, if the ISP hosting this site gets a DMCA takedown request, then it's way more than likely that Noah would then be hunting for a new host as that ISP may well demand that the majority of content here be removed before the site can be put back online.

Hi Jp,
I very like this table, but I still haven't found a way to get the ball geometry correct in my cabinet.
Despite the ball looks perfectly spheric in all other tables, with this table it looks oblong with the vertical axis just a little longer than the horizontal axis.
Not that that it's a great issue, but I would like to know if you have any idea about that.
Have a great day.

The table was never meant to be played in a cabinet
It is a desktop table, to be used with a wide monitor (the standard now)
I have been told that it also works quite well in VR ![]()
