I'm running this version if I recall with my 3 screen setup. This one uses B2S and puts the movies in the backbox DMD where they belong. I have a pin2k machine so mine is slightly altered, but this one should work for you.

You need the desktop version of the table, not the FS (full screen cab) version

http://www.vpforums....s&showfile=7288

I have a 3 screen cabinet, I will try gtxjoe

thx

Downloaded it but now it gives an error, maybe because I do not have ledwiz / leds installed?

Can you tell me how to change that maybe?

really would appreciate it :)

Thanks in advance!!

Blast from the past

but I have a reason

I read one of your posts mentioning you have no plans to convert this to VPX

hopefully this will encourage you or another author.

their is so much to list on what I did so I will just say that

I gave this table a full VPX rebuild

Attached File  Capture.PNG   1012.52KB   6 downloads

their is a few things to do

- I added a primitive vertical ramp,  I did not build the physical ramps since I don't know what technique you are going to use to kick the ball.

-I found 3 lamp post models,  pick and choose what looks best and add them to the spinning disc

- I don't like the built in backwall lights,  I hope you still have the raw images so that we can build a backwall image without the bulit in backwall lights. a backwall bulb primitive was added.

here is a link to anyone who would like to finish (Code) the table.

Thanks 32assassin, but the reason why I said that I won't make this table in VPX is because even if I made this table for VP9, the table's design,  layout, graphics, sounds and rules was designed by hassanchop and rascal, I simply put all that together and made the table and the script. Also to be a "real" VPX table it really should need a 3D head, just like in Party Zone.

I'm going to have a look at the script issues on the weekend. No promises though.

The script for Scarface was not one of the best scripts I have written :) If I should do that table again I should use a script similar to the ones in Ghostbusters Slimer/Pokemon/Serious Sam, which are more structured. The script in Scarface had a lot of bugs, many of them were fixed though, but still some modes may not restart as it should after the end of the game. It was one of the first big original scripts I wrote :) I used to do only vpinmame tables at that time :). What I could do is to make a Scarface 2, same rules and similar layout, but with new graphics (higher resolution) and new script. But that can take some time. What I really liked of that table was how the movements of the mouth were synchronized to the speech :)

I just emailed Hassanchop so hopefully he will chime in as I spoke to him back in March.  I never got to play this release as I was getting out of VP and sold my cab to get more into real pinball machines.

haha!

Hello!

I'm great!

Since a few years I started investing so much in real pins, and then in art for real pins that I kinda lost track of vp forums. The fact that I don't have a pc to run the new vpx (or vp9) kinda doesn't help as well hahaha

Anyway, all is good here. Life is going all good. :)

I made art for a real pin! Yes, I did it!! A dream come true!

For the Thunderbirds pinball from Homepin. Production has started this month.

For the guys that don't know much about the real pin stuff, here are some pics: https://pinside.com/...erbirds/gallery

mwong168 showed me some videos of the new vpx running.... Guess I will have to get a pc and get back here more often hehehe
