NEW UPDATE: Revision 2.4.0 for VP915

Those are the changes I had planned for this table:
- make the trolls register a side hit and you should need less power to hit them.
- slower castle main gate movement and in sync with the rom sound (fixed the solenoid call)
- smooth trolls up/down movement (they still move up/down very fast, it didn't feel right to make them go up/down slower, but now they shake when they reach the up position)
- smooth castle iron gate movement (done using a primitive)

And I ended up adding these changes too:
- New playfield, original from Francisco666, with many corrections by ClarkKent
- New plastics
- New color change for the castle and towers (ClarkKent)
- New Damsel castle (ClarkKent)
- New lights
- New fading GI on playfield and plastics
- Fading flashers at the bottom of the ramps
- New decoration on top of the flipper lanes, the archers
- New flashers
- New sounds as in my latest tables
- New trolls using 2 primitives for each troll, which allow for better up/down movement and shaking when hit.
- New logo on top of flippers, also using primitives
- New dragon (with color adjustments by ClarkKent)
- Fixed the ladder textures so it doesn't look broken.
- + a lot of script changes, b2b collisions, rubber sounds, ball rolling sound, JimmyFingers tap flipper addon, etc
- enhanced: purple flashers on the backwall: they didn't have red domes at the shop so I fitted purple ones :)

I just want to say thanks again to ClarkKent for all his help with the graphics and play testing.

Enjoy!

JP

Thanks JP, I was hoping this one would get an update similar to AFM, which is outstanding and a showcase table now by the way, so this was a very nice surprise to see today! Thanks for these great updates to your already amazing tables.

Playfield was a real bummer because viewing angle was bad and there were many many distortions and artifacts - but in the end I corrected all AND found the correct font for the inserts! :) But thanx to Francisco666 for the basis material - was a really really good starting point! :)

This is unreal. JP, I didn't think your AFM could be topped....just may have happened!

Thanks again for all your efforts and the talented designers that assisted(Clark Kent, and others). It's like Christmas morning all over again.

Thank you!  This is awesome, any suggestions on tweaking with directb2s its a bit slow, without its smooth as butter.

personally, i'm running the UVP on this game, and it's still smooth for me. I like the UVP on this game better than the db2s, but that is merely my personal preference.
