Hello,
was searching a mediapack for this great table, but couldn't find one......only the UVP-Backglass, but no table image or wheel logo.
Can this really be or am i just clumsy?

best regards

This one fooled me for awhile as well. It was uploaded as STTNG and not Star Trek.

Sorry to open an old thread.

I get ball sounds and mechanisms but no other sounds. When the game starts, it locks 3 balls at the top while running test and then asks to open coin door as there is an error.
If I start a game the game roms have no sound.

I hit F1 and sounds & samples are both checked. I also have the Bally sounds zipped in samples folder.
Strangely JPs 1.01 version is perfectly fine and I get the game rom sounds.

Any ideas?

Figured out my own problem. :)

I did not have the right rom file. Correct is sttng_s7.

I just gotta say, this is a beautifully done table. Great job jp! Absolutely wonderful.

I loved this game when it came out, and having it now so carefully and perfectly adapted, is a treat. Really a great job.

Hello,

with this table I have the same problem on two installations: I can bring the DMD into correct position of the backglass. System memorizes correctly pos and size. When I start the table from PinballX it was the case that the DMD was "under/behind" the backglass; when restarting the emulator with F3 everything is ok with the DMD. I cannot say how I did it (suddenly it worked!), on one installation I succeeded to have the DMD correctly loaded at first trial with PinballX. ALL settings, the sttng_s7.cfg and the sttng_s7.nv are the same. Has anyone an idea?

Thank you all , Christian.

As soon as the ball comes out of the shooting lane and around the ramp it gets stuck under the ship. Then it does this till it runs out of balls to launch any help would be great, I'm a noob so keep that in mind Thanks for an awesome table...

That is just the tables startup test. You should be able to insert coins with the 5 key and press the 1 key to start game, after the startup test is over.

If you don't want the startup test every time you start table....

You can hit F1 while table is running and bring up the tables Rom Menu settings.

At the top of this Settings Menu you should see an uncheckmarked box for Skip Pinball Startup Test. (as seen in pic.)

capture286_t.png

You can checkmark this box to skip that pinball startup test. Press ok after checkmarking it, and then restart the table. The changes will take effect after restart.

Either way, you should be able to play the table.

Hope this helps you.
