Do remember that each country has its law that covers copyright.  Most of these are aligned to a general principle, but not always.  There are large differences.  Be careful to not tink you are right based solely on where you live.  Generally you can only bring claim where the alleged offence has taken place.  For web sites that can be tricky, are you targeting the hosting provider or the person running the site.  If they are in the same country then its much easier.

Are Damian Holmes and David Gilmore the same person? Or are they just evil twins? We have to take care and stop these guys and their plan to destroy the hobby. How do we do that?

Hopefully everybody noticed that that Damian guy just mirrored vpuniverse and makes money out of it. He even is doxing the vpuniverse owner (or admin?). This guy is pure poison.
