UPDATE

 

4.0.0 Updated 13.10.2022

- Updated to my VPX7 physics

- cleaned up and deleted unused graphics & reduced the size of the table

- Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL).

- Updated my mechanical set of sounds to a more "under the glass" sound.

- Changed the Environment image to enhance a little the object shadows.

- Some small script updates, like the Rolling sound and PlaySoundAt routines.

 

As all these v4 updates, the main change are the physics, which is the best I can do using the VPX physics.

delete the globalplugin.vbs file from your scripts or tables folder (or both)

dont need it, does not come with vpx, should not have it.
it was some table author's not brilliant idea for stuff that should have been defined in the table script

I don't have that file, as far as I know I have never had it. I have all of JP's updates so far & the Lut's work fine on all of them except this table.

- Added missing text box for the LUT changer.

 

I forgot to copy the text box for the LUT routine So you were right clyde, there was something wrong with the table

Did you also check the material of the side blades? (should be active)

because there are two black triangles on either side of the apron that shouldn't be seen.

ah, my mistake
a lot of people have that vbs file and it blows up jp's lut routine left and right
so it is 1st thing i think of when someone has a lut problem on his tables

I see those triangles now, and they are in the image (?!) I must have forgotten to turn off one of the layers in photoshop when saving them I'll fix those

I have reuploaded the table

 

The problem was that the conversion from PNG to WEBP created some almost transparent artifacts in the transparent zone, but VPX thought that part was solid and showed as solid. I had to set the alpha mask in the VPX image manager to 240 to remove them (or hide them)

I feel that the bottom of the side rail is a little low.

Yes, I'm doing that, and the good thing is that I have updated now 122 tables and only 63 to go. There are some tables that need a lot of work, so I'll leave those for last

4.3 Updated 1.11.2023

- Updated physics to my Rev3. Including physics materials, flippers and slingshot shapes.

- Updated LUT images, 10 shades and 10 warmer shades.

- Updated to my latest set of mechanical sounds.

- Fixed a little the flashers.
