I rarely do these sorts of things but I threw $20.00 at this.

What's the story with T2?

Was the License cheaper than Addams Family?

Will TZ be released since you guys already have the license for it?

I am guessing all the tables will be available that are already on the hand held platforms and game systems.

I hope this gets funded, this will be a close one. T2 is one of my fav so having it on Pinball Arcade would be great.

Looks like T2 will be a reality. Only 4700 to the funding goal with 4 days left to the campaign. I was unsure if the community would pull through this time since T2 is not as widely popular as TZ and ST TNG and 59000 is not peanuts but I am extremely happy that this probably will reach its goal. PS! Only a few weeks to the PC version of The Pinball Arcade in August. Internal Beta testing is well underway and official Beta testing will begin very soon

Wow, when I looked earlier today it was about 9k away from the goal and I was thinking T2 on Pinball Arcade would not happen!

So, T2's funded, and closed beta testing should last no longer than 4 weeks. Can't wait :D

I am wondering if there will be a way to edit the Tables for Pinball Arcade.

I'm hoping that there's a Free Demo Mode so that I can test to see if the game can even RUN correctly on my laptop (I have a Intel Chipset xD) if it works well, I may buy it, but if not, I'll just stick with VP

Pinball Arcade allows you to free demo every table up to a score cap.  So you should be able to see if your hardware is up to snuff.

Take a look at this.  And take a guess at who the supplier they are thinking about using is.  You'll see who, if you take a close look at the side art, in the lower left corner, as well as the apron.

i'd say TPA could be doomed if they take this deal.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I played it at Expo. There was a bit of flipper lag(which was known), but the graphics were beautiful. The DMD integration was really nice. This makes me want to put together a pin cab.

That's gorgeous.  I'd definitely buy (yet another copy) of TPA for my cab if they make it available.

interesting comment over at pinball arcade forums about the cabinet build being a separate product from the regular build (and thus requiring another set of table purchases).

Don't start the rumor mill just yet.  They said they don't know what they are going to do; it may be a separate version or something.  They literally just got the cab this week in Chicago and haven't even had it back to the office yet.  Here is the full thread... http://pinballarcade...ll=1#post108022
