5 cree LEDS take 15 outputs? Also do you have a list of the parts required for the high power 16 output board assembly? I got a local electronic surplus store I would like to try and price parts out at. Thanks for your hard work!!

Yup, 5 RGB take 15 outputs, 5 red, 5 green, 5 blue.

I pm'd the parts list to you.

Thanks

Started the documentation for the wiring, any feedback or suggestions to make it clearer would be helpful.

looking good so far. Would make running playfield cree's and cree toppers easy as they would only pull 1.4a at full power.

looking interesting, but I'm only using 12V even for contactors and motors.
Could you make a 12V only wiring diagram too?

any feedback on price levels yet?
I'm still interested in 2 highpower boards (1 for leds only, 1 for contactors/all forcefeedback stuff/...)

My god. You're going to have documentation, too? *laughs*. So few low-volume products have no documentation, or nearly worthless documentation. Good to see someone cares! biggrin.gif

I for one cant wait for this. Should make things much simpler in the long run. Seems now is a good time to be starting a pincab.

Did a test run of 4 1watt crees and a power seat motor running off one output all at the same time. The crees on white light draw 350ma x 3 for a load of 1050 (1A) each and the motor when stalled draws 1.5A. Ran everything at 5volts for 20 minutes and the MOSfet driver only got slightly warm.

I'm thinking about finally trying to add the EM bells to mine. With this I think it would simplify the wiring, just need to figure out the scripting since they would be non-rom games (except Mata-Hari and Time Machine). Could be cool

Got a package from Zebulon a week or two ago......

Finally got around to installing one of the boards.
Went for the high power board first to be able to run my Crees at full power. Was a walk in the park to solder and was easy to retrofit into my cab.

Loaded it up with all Crees locked on using the LumArua Control centre from GGG, walked away for an hour.
Came back to see how it was going...... Nothing was even getting close to warm!!
Going to retrofit all my other outputs when I get a chance. My light show has never looked so good. biggrin.gif

For those waiting, a quick update.

Canada Post is currently tracking down my order as the postal site shows them arriving and clearing customs but not having moved from Vancouver in the past 3 weeks.

Sorry for the delay, I'm trying to expedite the process.
