Great update rosve .. I used to use the display on a 3rd monitor and use the animation B2S provides on the 2nd monitor.

Is there any way to not being forced to go back to 2 monitors? sad.gif

Cheers,
FD.

You can use the "grill-less" version of the backglass just like before. This update only affects the backglass with the grill for 2 monitor cabs.

So for this update, all I need to do are replace the B2S exe and the table file, rename them properly and then set the loadbackglass to false again?

You should also replace your old b2s.vbs with the new one ffom this download. It is backwards compatible so all older tables will work as before.

Thanks for all the great backglasses. It worked great on the first try. dblthumb.gif
The lantern in the window however has a little bit of a shake to it.
The previous version had no shake with the lantern.
No big deal as it is a very minor thing.

Just an update to the stutter I experienced with this table as well as Cyclone, the cause for me was the 64 bit version of XP. Creating a dual boot and booting into Windows XP 32 made all the B2S tables with Alpha Numerics run perfectly. Unless I'm just over tired, they actually looked like they had a tinge more speed as well.

If you have room on your hard drive to create a dual boot the move isn't as bad as it sounds. As long as you keep your 64bit side drive letter the same and do some reg key exports you should be able to run it from the other drive with minimum reconfiguration. It took longer for me to rearrange my monitor settings than it did to get Hyperpin and VP back up. Tomorrow I'll take a peak at Future Pinball.

I hope this helps some folks.

Glad you got it working. It's like the Windows Registry isn't responding quick enough in XP64. I have seen the same thing in Win7 when VP is executed in XP compatibility mode.

Go to, Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display, and make sure the Windows items size is set to 100% (default).

I noticed the extra T O Y lights don't work on the back of the playfield display. Is this only a problem with the B2S version? It make it difficult since the bumpers block the lights on the playfield itself....

All of a sudden this table is starting to show my score display on top of the B2S backglass.
My other B2S tables are still working great.
Kind of cool watching the score in two places, but I would like to get rid of it please.

My Badcats B2S version just shows 1 score and it uses the Rom display, maybe you are using UVP.

Anyway, if you don't want the rom to display, look for....

.Hidden = 0

change it to 1

sometimes I have to add (below) To make the Rom display hidden in some tables.

Controller.Hidden = 1

Thanks Bob.
I'm still trying to figure out what caused this to happen.
The only thing different about my cabinet is that I swapped a 32" playfield monitor for a 40" playfield monitor.
The backglass monitor is the exact same one as before.
My new playfield monitor runs at 1080 resolution so all of my DMD's had to be adjusted to fit back on my backglass monitor properly.
However all my B2S tables work perfectly. It is just this table that shows the original led display on top of the B2S display.
Very strange.

Trouble with rendering the playing field on Bad Cats. Just starting out and have gotten several of the B2S games to work perfectly; however on this one the playing field is basically all gray instead of the graphics I see in the VPin 912 editor befor hitting the play button. I can see the ramps, bumpers and flippers all in color, but the rest is in gray scales. The game works fine otherwise including the backglass. Thanks for any suggestions
