Im an Atari man. Love my Atari 800 and 1040ST and 300 baud acustic modem. I was always pissed the C64 always got more software then the Atari 800 but the 800 was a better machine then the C64. (Play missle graphics!). I have to admit though, the Amiga has a better sound card then the Atari ST and was overall a better machine.
Atari croud had more BBS sites. ![]()
Anyhow back to pinball. This looks amazing. I am so excited you are working on this project again. Everytime you post a new message its like XMAS all over again.

You have got to be a spinner to be a winner, and does this baby spin
.
Many thanks louizou for testing the ball spin, and for making a video. It looks brilliant - this is going to please so many people.

I was an Atari kid too - Atari 400 (and a VCS before that) - the Atari was obviously better than a C64 ![]()

Hey guys, how are you everybody? Is this the "next VP" at its birth? Can anyone write some key phrases about it or link me to a description? I read about donations, so how can I donate to this great project? Thank you and thanks to louizou for his beautiful work.

lol - yeah - the next VP using FP tables. ![]()

Here are some FS screenshot

Those screenshots sure do look nice, any idea of the hardware requirements needed?

Thanks for sharing louizou.
Graphically they look really really nice and realistic but the viewing angle and overall depth is not so good. Will it be possible to add custom settings to render tables using factors such as layback, inclination, FOV, etc ? The squared off look for FP tables in a cabinet breaks the immersion for me.

I would prefer that layback settings be for the program rather than per table. If every table is made the same this makes the most sense. Would feel much less hacky this way. I would also propose that tables have the ability to override physics settings rather than just write new ones. Maybe even add the options of (globally of course) rubber wear. that would be really cool.

That is a good point - I might be completely wrong on this but because with Unity we have a true 3D environment isn't it possible to achieve the same effect that the VP fov/layback/inclination gives us by simply positioning the Unity camera (which can effectively be free-roaming) above the table but setback at an angle? As I said I might be wrong ![]()

camera position, angle , fov can be modified by script.
