Looking great man. No rush, but I am wondering if you have a time frame for completion?

I'm gonna pin it down on the calendar and call it... "When it's done." wink.gif

Im really getting pumped up for this one, this was my first favorite pinball table that got me hooked and made close to
a $100 dollars poorer. It holds a special place in my childhood.

Fantastic recreation from the scratch! A lot of hard work... I imagine. But in the end compensates. Great job!! Congrats!

Thanks for the compliments guys! I have to get back at managing the Landscaping crew, they keep dropping soil all over the place and are generally a messy crew. I'll be sending the owner of the Landscaping company some negative feedback. wink.gif

Best Regards,
Todd.

Before I go home for the day, here's the latest full screenshot:

This is scaled down to about 1/3rd of the original size by my guess-timation.

Best Regards,
Todd.

p.s. see if you can spot the "Easter Egg"... Destruk might be the only person who knows already. wink.gif

That is looking great! I love the small Canadian touches like the road names on the green signs.

Edit: I just saw the p.s. and I guess I might have found the Easter Egg.

Will the rest of the street names on the table be Canadian roads? (ie. the names on the spinners).

I hadn't thought about that, I do have to re-trace those spinners - perhaps I'll do two sets - one with the American names and a second set with perhaps the 400 and 404 Highways on them? or Mebbe the QEW? dunno, I'll have to see what names would look nice on the spinners. (not that it would matter much since with a viewing angle of 35-40 degrees I would imagine that the words on the spinners might disappear during rendering at the size they are drawn at)

Todd.

The landscaping company finished up the planting of the trees over the weekend and when I woke up this morning I noticed that the road service crews installed one of the stop light fixtures. I'm going to have to teach them a lesson though because they didn't paint it according to the plans!

Don't worry about the stoplights, it is only the taxpayer's money. There will always be more of it to needlessly waste. biggrin.gif

For sure one should be the Trans-Canada, route 1.

Let me know if you want any help with the signage...

me, I found it there too... for some reason it didn't appear, the first 20 times I searched for it at EVERY font website that offers free fonts. It's not an exact fit, but it works. Thanks.

...and here's how that font looks:

That image is zoomed in 300% in Illustrator and you can see that there are no jaggies and no pixelization occurring. Aren't vector graphics amazing?!?

Todd.
