I can no longer shoot the ramp at the far left, the one that goes behind the backboard. Like the EATPM table with a blocked ramp in 9.12, it gets to the top and just rolls back down.

Confirmed, my PZ and EATPM does the same thing too sad.gif I hope it will be an easy fix or update when jp gets time as PZ is one of my favorites and it would definitely benefit from the alpha ramps. I guess I will revert back to VP907 and play these two properly.

Just move the kicker at the top of the ramp a little more to left smile.gif

Thanks for the help! I was able to move the kicker in Party Zone and it now works. It doesn't look like a kicker is the problem in EATPM, is that correct? At least I couldn't find one, but I don't necessarily know what I'm doing since I have no experience building tables.

I don't know what the problem can be in EATPM since it works very well on all the computers (2 smile.gif ) I have tried the table.

Is the ramp on the far left the Monster Slide?

Isn't this only open during a specific event in the game (as opposed to all the time) ?

I'm not sure about the real machine, but in the VP 9.08 version and the VP8 version I can shoot it any time. The ball just won't make it up the ramp in 9.12
I am only trying it in 9.12 as the FS version on a cab, don't know if that's the difference?

I was able to fix EATPM by turning off smooth and enable slingshot on a spot. See attached.
A disclaimer: I have no idea what I'm doing and it was dumb desperate luck that worked for me. YMMV

It's the 3rd red circle from the top that needed to be changed. I don't even know what the red circle is so as I said, i really don't know what I'm doing. huh.gif

That's a control point on the curve smile.gif The ramp should work the same, and it should be smooth smile.gif

Thank god, moved the kicker and now the PZ rocket ramp works again. This is one of my favorite tables JP and I play it a lot and right now it is begging for alpha ramps *wink* *wink* smile.gif

Great update, thanks JP! I did notice one thing on the FS version. On the right side there is a wall that acts as a flasher for the cosmic cottage, r17b. I think it was mainly for the 4:3 version. It was giving me graphic artifacts on my system. So I removed the wall, and edited the line for it out of the script. No more artifacts. Mike.

you can also reduce the x-scale from 1.90 to 1.85 to remove the artifacts.

I tried playing with the settings, and it made the table look squished. Removing it was the best way, the wall is not really needed for the FS version.

I have a bug. With default settings, the ball is stuck when i shoot through the left ramps in every game. (ball finder not find the ball).

I changed the x_scale 1.30 to 1.28 and now works perfectly.
