HiRez thanks, what you suggested works (Far out is already part of the configs)

For the chimes/bells option: yes, there is one in the script, but for me it doesn't change much setting it to 0 or 1 (no physical chimes/bells in my cab). They are always ON. Because you asked: no, they are not affecting any other sounds.

Not a big thing btw, just wanted to know, if I can suppress them totally.

No I mean when you select table options, not the script, isn't there a setting (slider) where you can set the table volumes and sound fx from 0 - 100%?

I'm not at my cab at the moment, so I can't chec

no, there's nothing like this in table options. I think you mean the global sound options, where you can adjust backglass and mech sound volumes. As I said, not a big thing, I got used to those bells and I think they are ok. It's a good blend of past and present.

Not sure if this table had an option for freeplay.

But you can press the "4" key and it will start game without adding credits.

I guess that could be called "freeplay", because you dont need credits for this key to start game.

Hope this helps you save quarters. lol

Any chance of a larger image of the instruction card?

I've attached the larger 3-Ball and 5-Ball instruction card PNG files.

Enjoy

Thanks. I like the "aged" background color. Is there a grungy version?

See attached for 3-Ball-Grunge and 5-Ball-Grunge.

Note, the original instructions cards were png transparent files that overlayed onto the apron that had all the grunge and stains ... so I grabbed the same stains from the apron and applied them to these instruction cards. The stains and grunge aren't EXACT as on the table apron, but they are darn close.

V. 1.2 - UPDATES
- - - - - - - - - - - -

Night of the Living Dead '68 (Original 2018) Mod
Version 1.2

I wanted to do an overhaul / update to my original Night of the Living Dead VPX table and ended up making a complete update package for EVERYTHING you would need to enjoy this table no matter which version (normal or grunge) you choose.

Not only did I make several table updates, I also created 2 new animated b2s backglass in 16x9 format, featuring new art and features, updated wheels, Topper videos, DMD videos for both RealDMDs and LCD DMDs.

Because I have both the normal and the grunge versions of the table loaded into my cabinet - I wanted to make a grunge backglass different than the original version so the 2 tables look completely different in appearance. But you can use whichever version best suits your setup.

PLEASE NOTE: These new backglass will only work with this new version of the NOTLD table because the table script has some changes that allow the new backglass to function. These backglass WILL NOT work with any other version or mod of this table.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SAY 'THANKS' THE FIRST POST IN THE SUPPORT TOPIC BY CLICKING ON THE 'THANKS' BUTTON. THIS IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED!

TABLE UPDATES:

- - - - - - - -

- Includes JP Salas' LUT Mod (used with permission) allowing you to change the lighting / brightness of the table DURING gameplay.

Hold down the LEFT MAGNASAVE and the press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE to change / cycle through the 8 LUT lighting options. Your selection will be automatically saved when you exit the table.

- Added / Fixed scripting to incorporate new scoring option of 100,000 rollover.

OTHER UPDATES:

- - - - - - - -

- 2 New B2S backglass

- Multiple color 'Gottlieb' Topper videos

- LCD DMD videos

- RealDMD and RealColorDMD videos in both color and Black & White (NOTLD-68-RealColorDMD-128x32-Smooth = smoother moon movement)

- 4 Updated New Wheel Images for your front end - Normal and Grunge.

NOTE: Please put the contents of the downloaded 'Music' folder into the Music folder of you VPX folder.

Ok, i liked you.

Er ok, well, that sounds odd.

I modified your table a bit, since you had those POPPER DMD videos

just had it loop the gottlieb one in ultraDMD during game over

And the movie intro one while game is in play

Kinda neat, if you dont run popper, you still get a DMD

PS: 2800 downloads and only 8 likes?
Step it up guys, it's only 1 mouse click
