I also have the same behaviour with credits.

I start the game and then the credits actually look like the lights are shorting out, and it always displays 05, until game is over.

Before and after gameplay, the credits display fine.

It has no effect on gameplay, but as a DT user it catches your eye.

Here is a working link to IPDB for this table...

http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=854

I actually had to look up the operators manual on IPDB as the credits weren't showing for me by default.

And hitting F6 only brought up Dipswitch settings, and there was no "show credits" menu.

So if others are having a problem seeing the credits,

Hit F6 while table is running, to bring up Dipswitch menu.

Checkmark Dip 27 to show credits.

Checkmark Dip 28 to show Match

Checkmark both Dip 25 and Dip 26 to have 40 credit limit.

Here are a bunch of other settings for those who might not know this info.

Here are the recommended settings also from the manual...

Now you know what most of the Dipswitch settings do. Have fun adjusting!!!

I love this table!!

Great lighting, and physics!!

Thanks for sharing this great table!!

Carry on.

xenenph -

Thanks for the DIP switch information. And letting me know I'm not alone regarding the credit behavior.

What I did is what 32assassin mentioned in posting #30 which displays a menu.

I don't know if It's the VPX version i use (10.4.0) or just a script problem.

The ball under the playfield is always activated only one time.

In case that somebody else has this problem, here is a fix (including a cosmetic error regarding the ball position):

Remove KickerBottom1 (it's useless).

Move KickerBottom down (Y axis ca. 1244)

Line 147: KickerBottom.kick 0, 0 - delete it or coment it out (it's useless).

Lines 171-179 - Use this modified Sub:

Sub SolFireballEnable(Enabled)
If Enabled Then
KickerBottom.Kick 0,15
PlaySound"fx_kicker"
FFireball.state = 1
Else
FFireball.state = 0
End If
End Sub

Add this Sub:

Sub KickerBottom_Hit
If FFireball.state = 1 then
KickerBottom.Kick 0,15
PlaySound"fx_kicker"
End If
End Sub

Besides, i wonder why Bally used this ball feature in the first place. In "Dipsy Doodle" and "Doodle Bug" it was a great feature, but here it's just a senseless visual gimmick. "Fireball" in the name but no rotating disc... Dear me.
