Superb. Finally a Harlem table that plays smooth and looks good ! THX JP.
It would be fantastic when you could make a Paragon table (also late 70's table) like this Harlem. Please.... Please... Please...

Thank you... I enjoy your tables. Gives me some evenings of pleasure and fun.

I get no sounds out of VPM only the VP samples. Is that normal for some "older" Roms ?

I guess you need the Bally samples, just download the sound samples from this site, look in Getting Started smile.gif The old Bally tables need sound samples to get the sound.

In addition to having the samples in the Samples folder (as JP said), make sure that "Use Samples" is checked in VPM. When the table is rendered on screen press F1. If the box is not checked, check it then click OK.

If you need the samples, here is the link to download them from here. Make sure this file remains zipped in your samples folder:

http://www.vpforums....u...ail&f_id=33

Here is a snapshot of the form you will see when you hit F1. Look for the checkbox I've circled:

Updated April 2, you need to look at the Updated table list, instead of New Releases. It's at number 10 right now, so the next update will shove it off the front page. smile.gif

Great Job JP the table looks and plays wonderful!! I am usually not one to comment but since this is my favorite table a few things I modded.

1. The upper left flipper I dialed down the strength just a tad. It was virtually impossible to get the ball in the trapdoor because it went so darn fast. Lowering it just a little makes it hard but not virtually impossible which seems a little more realistic smile.gif

2. I went ahead and put the table slope back to the old setting. When the ball shoots out of the little hole by the gangway sign you should be able to trap it on the right flipper most of the time. With the more slope it bounced a little too much. From my experience thats how the table played but its been a while since I played it in the wild. It does play that way on Pinball Hall of Fame Williams Classics though smile.gif hehe

Anyways just my 2 cents .

One request which may be too much trouble but I think folks on here would love. Any way you can enable manual plungers on your tables? The old Funhouse had one but not this version. I was able to just put on over the plunger you have and it works ok but it would be really nice to have them there to enable if we wanted!! But I understand if this is a lot of extra work, however I think a lot of cab owners have a plunger.

Thanks for all your hard work, I am glad you like this hobby so much because you are cranking out good tables like hotcakes!! One of these days I will have to learn how to code these things. I have the programming background, but not so sure about the photoshop stuff. I would need to buy a new PC though because my only windows machine is a CAB. My laptop is a mac and I dont think it will run well virtualized.

THanks for all you do!!!!

Adam

Hello,

First I want to thank you for all the great tables you have made. You are a true artist.

Second, I am missing the following files and they are not in the rom files, I don't know where to look for them.

Thank you
