Wow your cabinet is coming a long nicely I might have to check out your blog and pick your brain as
I am about to start building my one too for the first time it be a 42 / 32 / and maybe a 10" I guess
I just bought the last of the LG 42LB5610 and a LG 32LB5610 last week I'm not building the cabinet like you
I taking the easy way this time I got a wide body flat pack and I would still need to modify the backboard to fit the 32"

Thank you! I'd be happy if you check out my blog. I tried to explain everything as detailed as possible.
The reason why i decided to create my own cab was mainly because i wanted to fit the 42" TV as perfect as possible, but i did that with the idea of a custom lockdown bar in mind as a friend of mine said he could make one. But he couldn't so i had to make the cabinet a little wider and take a standard lockdown bar.
But all the planning i had to do for the custom cab was a lot of fun.
I wish you good luck with your project, have fun and enjoy it! ![]()

All the monitors are in place and ready to go
Mounting...
Currently spraying the bezel on the lexan glass pane for backglass monitor and trying to figure out what electronic parts i'll need next. The PC parts are already here and i'll put them in the cab tomorrow.

Thx,
i was soldering the rgb led strip today for 4,5h... had to cut it for the sharp corners and connect it again.
i NEVER want to do that again... such a PITA ![]()
The Contactors are mounted and for the flipper fingers they are wired directly to the buttons and to a optocoupler which will be connected to the PinControl 1.
A short video of them in action:

RGB LED soldering. I agree never again
I have two RGB bars and I swear it was over 200 solder connections.
Curious assuming you used the cheap RGB leds from china, are the labels on the RGB star correct know? I remember when I did them, 2 of the colors were marked incorrectly. Others posted as well, but I don't see anyone commenting on that anymore so maybe they fixed it
