ball getting stuck near rollover lanes. kiwis fix corrected the problem.

got error on line 1973 during wasteland multiball. any fixes for this?

also is there a post between the flippers? i cant see one, but the ball keeps bouncing back up.

maybe the anti bangback wireforms below the flippers

are too high? it looks like the ball may be bouncing off of them..

otherwise table plays great......thanks/sparky

hi all, i am suddenly having a very strange problem with this table.

the problem is that the insert lights do not work properly.

not during test mode, not during game over mode, and not during gameplay.

they do not come on when they are supposed to, and about 6 or so stay lit all the time, and the ones that stay lit can differ each time i start up the table.

i have played this table in the past and i believe it all worked fine.

i have removed the nvram, and cfg files, and even replaced the rom file with a new one, but still no luck.

i even tried a different version rom, but still get the same problem.

i tried another authors vp9 demo man table, and get the same issue with that one too.

however, with the VPX demo man insert lights work properly.

so why dont i just use the VPX version?,  even though VPX tables look beautiful, i prefer the physics of the VP9 tables on my cab.

if anybody can help point me towards a solution, id really appreciate it.thanks//sparky

Also for me a similar problem.

It would seem due to VBS updates?

Instinctively I looked for the Pinmametimer and I unchecked the "Timer Enabled" checkbox, that's how it should be.
Now it works again.

In the editor on the left there is a vertical row of timers, the fifth starting from the top is the Pinmametimer.

hi kiwi, it seems that i havnt seen your post for 8 years. i have been very busy with little time for VP.

i tried your suggestion for unchecking the box for pinmametimer. it seems slightly better, but still some lights are on when they shouldnt be.

what version on pinmame are you using for it?

i have tried, 9.2.1, and i am still getting random inserts lit up.

i also tried 9.1.5, and some random inserts are still on, possibly less, but still on randomly

any and all help is appreciated.thanks.sparky

Look for this in the scripts,

const uselamps=true

and set it to false.

const uselamps=false
