I’d be happy with anyone’s idea of a good looking VPX version, but I especially like what Pinuck does with playfield lighting.

I think that it's because the lighting effect is on the playfield itself, and it's all the same for the plastics

Yeah, I asked HauntFreaks about doing this table several months ago and he said that we would need to find high res photos/scans of the artwork (playfield & plastics).  He needs one half overlap shots of the whole playfield plus individual shots of each character and each plastic in order to get all of the art he needs to make a table.

 

I went through this with a guy who owns a Sea Ray table.  He took photos for me of his table as above but it took about three months before I finally received them.  Haunt has them now but he's busy with other projects so it will be a while longer before I can finish the table.  I have all of the playfield elements in place, the game logic is set, the blank table plays fine (chimes and all) just waiting for art.

in this case... if it was made using the PF we have... I would say to just always have the GI on and you wouldnt know the PF was massacred...  hehehe  but who would have thought we would get the all the fancy lighting we have now...   if it gets made from all the existing images I can light it that it will look fine... its kinda hacky to do that but who cares....

With absolute respect to you dudes — I recognize that the Pinuck playfield isn’t stock, but... it looks totally sweet, imho.

let me preface .... "team" sports and overpaid low wonderlic IQ score morons  

if it doesn't have an engine and or wheels... its not worth looking at...

Anyone know eher pinuk is? He needs to converts his games to vpx.
