Ditto. Cyclone is running fine on my cabinet. I have stutter on some of the more demanding tables. This isn't one of them. Strange because you say you haven't got issues with Freddy. Freddy seems a lot more demanding. I was using that table to tweak the setting of my NVIDIA driver.

Ya it's totally weird! I did tweak the lamp timer on Freddy but I only bumped it up to 45 or 50 and it's smooth as glass now! No luck with cyclone though like I said tryed the lamp timer and .alpha thing and it still stutters quite a bit at certain events!
Without B2S the table playes fine with the lamp timer adjustment! It seems when certain things go off in the back glass it stutters like crazy! Maybe I'll re-down load it and see if that helps! Who knows maybe something when wrong on my 1st down load! If that doesn't work I guess if there is no way to shut off a few lamps I'm going to have to stick with a non B2S for this one! Witch is. Shame b/c the spinning wheel is awesome!

Maybe the GI lights on the backglass is causing stutter. (slow video card ?)
You can set the GI on permanently by changing this Sub routine
CODE
Sub BGGI(enabled)
  SetB2SData 35, ABS( not Enabled)
End Sub

to

CODE
Sub BGGI(enabled)
  SetB2SData 35, 1
End Sub

Here is what I'm running!
ASUS Sabertooth X58 LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i7-960 Bloomfield 3.2GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600Mhz Desktop Memory
2x EVGA SuperClocked 01G-P3-1372-AR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Cards
Rosewill BRONZE Series RBR1000-M 1000W PSU
Windows XP

I'll give it a try!

I don't understand half of what you are writing there regarding the PC spec. But it looks about 10 times more poweful than my old of the shelf pentium dual core PC with GT220 graphics and I have no stuttering. But I'm running a modern OS of course wink.gif (win7 64).

I'm happy to report I think the script change you suggested did the trick! I only had time to change the script and fire off one game but I can already tell its much better!

What about time machine any idea there?

Same thing but it's strange that you should have to do that with the hardware you have.

The BackGlass GI is controlled in the Sub BG11
CODE
Sub BG11(Enabled)
  SetB2SData 11,abs(not Enabled)
  End Sub

Thx again I'll give it a try later, sorry for being ignarent but what do I change that line to in the script? I'm assuming I delete abs(not Enabled) and just add a 1! Let me know!

The scripting has been killing me trying to learn what stuff dose and everything! I've been pulling tables a part to try and figure out what dose what! Also, I'm in the middle of a mod going slow b/c scripting has been my biggest problem!

Ya it's totally weird! I must have something set up wrong or something! I'm not a computer wiz by any means but can usually figure stuff out! Maybe I have another problem I just don't know about! But as long as I can tweak a few things here and there I guess I'll just have to deal with it!
