QUOTE (TAB @ Sep 13 2011, 02:59 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
@Itchigo -Strange is this the only table which doesn't run?

Yes, except for 2 old Shiva tables but I know they're missing a file or something. All VPM and VP9 works fine. I have all 3 roms for this game, nightr20, nightrdb, and nightrdr. It's the same way on both my laptop and desktop/cab. First it says gamename not found, so I change table 1 to nightr20 then it boots up and doesn't "kick on". Doesn't accept coins either. Is there a special vbs file for this?

By the way Tab I don't mean to be disrepectful in any way. I'm not trying to be a complainer. I have the greatest respect for you Tab. When I started downloading tables almost everything I got said Tab/Destruk.

There are still several lamp assignments that need to be fixed. I'm still working on them, but without a schematic for the solid state version of this table, It's more or less trial and error.

Bumper lights need to turn on and off for 10 or 100 points.
Spinner lane lights need to be on, only when spinner is racking up 100s of points.
Left and Right Inlane lights need to be on only when they score 50 points and advance bonus.

I like doing logic puzzles and this table is quite the challenge.
I hope you feel better soon. Keep on fighting.

Yes, a couple of times on both machines, I get the same thing on both. I'm at a loss on this one, I can run VP9 on both so I know that's not it, it's not a rom, the only thing I can think of is I'm missing a vbs file or something. Must be one of those VP9 things. A while ago I went back and forth with JP on his Spiderman table when he was insisting I was playing it in VP8- I wasn't. Several downloads and weeks later it started working on it's own for no good reason. But that table worked, the ball just wouldn't leave the plunger. Exactly like you were trying to play it in VP8, but in VP9.

Tab don't worry about it. You made a beautiful table! The problem MUST be on my end as other people can play it. As it turns out I do have that vbs file and I don't know what's going on but if it plays for other people then the problem must be on my end.

Need to add this line to "Sub UpdateMultipleLamps"
L59.SetValue ABS(Controller.Lamp(59) )

Some lamps have wrong controller output assignments
---------------------------------------------------
Change Left inlane from L37 to L4 (Misc Timer Interval=4)

Change Left spinner from L14 to L20 (Misc Timer Interval=20)
Change Right spinner from L15 to L5 (Misc Timer Interval=5)

Bumpers are lit all the time, need to be under output control
-------------------------------------------------------------
Add these lines to the script at the end of "Sub DisplayTimer_Timer"

bumper1.state=ABS(Controller.Lamp(13) )
bumper2.state=ABS(Controller.Lamp(52) )
bumper3.state=ABS(Controller.Lamp(53) )

You may want to uncheck "flash when hit" for all 3 bumpers to
more accurately reflect the machine of the time.

Hope this helps,
Good Luck

I got the UVP ready to take off but I can not get the Table to play: 'cannot load gamenightr20'.

Tried to replace the roms with fresh ones, I tried a fresh Table .. without result.

I'll upload the UVP as soon as I got it working and tested it.

Anybody any suggestions?

Cheers,
FD.
