Where is the best place to order the ribbon cable that connects the did to this board.
I have the same dmd as h4ch3r.

Ribbon cable or Power cable?

Ribbon cable comes with the board... Power cable, PM me, I am building one for me, I can build you one too.

He's including the ribbon cable with the board. I don't think you can blow out the board putting the ribbon cable in wrong, if you can even do that. I have put ribbon cables in backwards before on regular DMDs without any problems. Now the power connector, that you should be concerned about getting right.

it can only be put in the correct way round on the board and dmd due to the header having a notch in it

well thats 25 good boards tested 10 more to go!!, this is taking ages lol not looking forward to the 100 batch lol

lol thats how mine came as well, useless colours lol

on the actual pcb is there a sticker on the connector? showing +12v and 0v?

i used then just followed the wire back lol







well thats all 35 board programmed and working

i do hope they keep working!!! if any one does have problems in the future, please send it back and i will try my best to repair it!

ill send out the paypal invoice now to every one on the first batch list. and will ship out all boards to paid members this weekend

have you already commissioned them for the next batch. I assume you were waiting to make sure this batch worked properly first? How long can we expect till the next batch. This one took 4 weeks right?
