This setup is made from plain PVC pipe, all the things to make this you can get from your local home improvement store. The cost of the pipe is very cheap, and it's easy to work with. If you need some tips KM, just let me know and I'll try to help.
Can you post your "bill-of-materials" so we know how many elbows, T-joints and how much straight pipe is needed? What size monitors did you use? Thanks!

Best Regards,
Todd.
The monitors are a 19" viewsonic va902b, which I got used off of Ebay for about $50, and Sony Bravia 32" which I got last year on Black Friday for $350. The reason I used the Sony was because I wanted to use a monitor with the straightest case I could find. I was not going to take the screen out of the case like some do for a cabinet build. Most all 32" models come with some kind of fancy, artsy formed case. The Sony is straight, with no curves at all. There are better performing screens out there, but the Sony was cheap and met my requirements, I was building on a budget.
Here is another link to more pics so you can get an idea of how this progressed.
Flickr account. Here is a rough list of what I used:
Backglass monitor frame-
2- 3 way Tees
2- 90 degree elbows
32" monitor frame-
2- 45 degree wyes (I used street wyes, but regular wyes will do. The street wyes are harder to find)
8- 3 way tees
2- 45 degree elbows
Stand-
2- 4 way tees
14- 3 way tees
2- 90 degree elbows
And about 8 to 10 pieces of 1.50" pvc pipe. (This was a first try at making this, I made some mistakes and changes along the way)
To hold the PF monitor in place, I used Velcro elastic straps that stretch across the pipes and act as a bed for the monitor. Those were at Lowes as well.
If anyone is really serious about trying to make something like this, I would be glad to take mine apart and post pics so you can see more clearly how it fits together.
