great tables !! but they won't work on my cab, cannot create offscreen surface.

That happened to me when I tried to open Gilligan's Island. Changed my graphics card and it works fine now.
It seems to happen in games with big animations.

QUOTE
Somehow I hit the ball up the heart ramp pretty fast/hard and it ended up in the skill shot lane. It seemed to go up the ramp and then just went right to the skill shot lane

This happened to me yesterday , but for the first time after hundreds of credits played.

I also got the ball swallowed by the left ramp a couple times. I mean , whe the ball reached the gate at the beginning of the ramp , it just vanished

I wonder if this also happened to some of you.

Please correct my English if it is necessary.

Any funny words or sentences you can teach me are welcome too !!!

This way I'll learn about pinball but English as well.

Running the UVP seems to bring the framerate on my table down significantly. Probably due to how much stuff is going on at once. Anyone else have that problem or know of a workaround?

Ok, so I deleted a bunch of the lights from the UVP and it runs smooth again. Just wondering how I get the UVP scoreboard to work (as opposed to the LED that comes with the table -- which I have hidden)

Regarding the offscreen surface error, I'm not really sure what that means, but would fiddling with the scale of the table help things?

updated to v1.02: this is primarily for users with 2 screens. it eliminates the black bar issue on the second monitor. Will do a full update with the release of the next vp version.

UW, this is the black bar that appears temporarily on the backglass?

yes, for some reason, only on the popbumper bottom skirt or switch, when i had a dropwall for the lighting set at .1 higher than the non droppable unlit counterpart, it caused the black bar. when i removed the .1 there were no issues and the lighting wall still showed.
maybe it was too many dropwalls on top of each other, not sure.
I compiled the latest revision of vp at sourceforeg and aparently there is an issue with many dropwalls on top of each other as when i tested fathom the bumpercaps dissappeared. I can easily fix this issue, i'm just glad i checked it out earliy. I have a few tables that will need modding with the next vp release. I have no problem modding my old works if it means great new features.

Thanks a tonne UW! Looks gorgeous! Now I just need to make a custom UVP without all the flashy lights so the ball doesn't stutter on my pathetic system. tup.gif

This is my favorite pinball table of all tables. I love this table and only have a small issue where I can't make the 250k skill shot no matter where I let the plunger go at. I don't know if the rest of you are using an analog plunger to make this shot because Im using a button to do it. Maybe thats where my problem is. Just curious if thats my problem or if i just suck at that shot. You would think I could hit it at least once outta 25 games lol.

Thanks
Trace

Thanks for the AWESOME release UW ! The most impressive VP table at this moment IMO.

One small thing: the textures on the new heartramp on the right have a very cheap pixeled black border.

This wasn't the case in the previous beta versions, the heartramp on previous beta version had perfect textures.

Edit: head doesn't rotate at voice activated and metamorphosis. I tried 2 matches including restart of VP (latest release).
