If you don't have a 'User' folder, create one.

no good, same message, you don't have permission. i do want to thank you for trying, iam now going to end this try.
it must be my ati card, cause when i had my old cumputer it has a nvidia card, no problems.

um no, your video card wouldn't cause that message. Anyway, sorry you couldn't get it to work.
