Flippers move the claw left and right and plunger drops the ball :)

I would say try using the Lockbar/Fire button, or Menu key on keyboard.

You could go into settings and set your own key for Lockbar/Fire button.

There are two red fire buttons on the handles of demolition man, one on each handle. These fire the flippers, but also give you a bonus for using them, and are also critical for spotting various awards throughout the game. I imagine they would be mapped as secondary buttons, such as the claw buttons in Johnny Mnemonic or the magisave buttons in D&D, but I cannot find any bindings for them at all.
