It was against the rules to post Stern tables (at the time) like that here ..

Because I have a KISS avatar, and am on a lot of VP sites, I was asked today if I would share the Kiss Stern Tribute table.  I decided that it's not my place to distribute other people's work.  Maybe Daryl, you could upload it here?  Stern stopped production in 2017.  That's nearly 5 years now.....

Ok. Not sure what happened but I migrated to 10.7 and now the Kiss Stern 2015 table gives me several errors that it's missing vbs files!? A CORE, Music and one other....and it gave me an ultradmd error but that file is in the folder...the table worked a month ago so not sure why i'm getting these errors... If anyone has some insight please share.

Did you copy copy the  KissCore, KissCode, KissDMDV2, KissMusic and KissRules vbs files into your scripts colder?

I run it via 10.6 and it haven't lost any settings.  Maybe if you have updated to 10.7 you only copied the scripts that are included with 10.7.  If you have a backup of your scripts folder from 10.6, then you probably will find the missing .vbs scripts there.

 

I have a Stern KISS Pro for real.  I can take whatever photos anyone would need, but I only have a mobile phone.  I don't have any graphic packages to edit anything.  Just saying.

As a total newb that is just getting into my first VPin build I am struggling with the “basics” on this one. I have a very simple 3 monitor setup with about 35 tables up and running great.

I am unsure of where to place all of these “extra” VBS files. As mentioned above…are they just placed in the scripts folder? In any special way/format? Meaning do I need to create “Kiss” folder within the scripts folder or similar.

Any advice or pointing me in the right direction is most appreciated. My first attempt at a table with an UltraDMD. Thank you.

Just put them in the directory with the .vpx table file. Nothing fancy .. i just wanted to keep the huge script in separate vbs files to be able to release code updates easier.

How do you mod the background to show anything other than grey? Love the kiss backdrop that was posted but cant get it to work. i used the editor and it looks like it should show up but stays grey.

How do you mod the background to show anything other than grey? Love the kiss backdrop that was posted but cant get it to work. i used the editor and it looks like it should show up but stays grey.

You need to checkmark "Enable Decals" below where you select the Backdrop Image. (As seen in pic.)
