I don't understand how you alter the xml to use 64 instead of 32 and I don't see the boost option anywhere in the BAM menu. One thing I have noticed is no matter what settings I use low, medium or high, all tables start off fine and then some tables get slower as I play. I notice that when I have the fps status displayed, whenever the physics number climbs above 320 thats when things turn to s**t. What does this number indicate and why does it climb over a matter of minutes no matter what targets the ball is hitting?
Edit
On the tables that play fine I see that this counter decreases too, it stays stable if you like, fluctuating by 30 or 40 either way. On one of the tables that runs like crap after about 2 minutes of play (retroflare) the counter went all the way upto 600+ and never came back down, even when the game was over and a new credit inserted and new game started.

I did tests on "RETROFLAIR Physics 2.5" and i can confirm problem.
Physics counter at begin was ~250 and it went high. After few minutes i get 2 FPS and Physics counter > 1000.0 and it drops to 300.
I also test "normal version" : Retroflair New Edition
At begin physics counter was ~80 and grows to 300. Moment later it drops to ~120.
So my advice is try normal version.

Disable vsync, load your FP through BAM (Fploader). Also you arle able to change xml (physic file) support 32 or 64 bit. You should reach minimal 50 - 90 FPS, sometimes 120.
In Bam menu: activate booster
Hey Skinooe
I'm trying to optimize and have Intel i5 , 8 gig of ram and nvidia (I think GT650 or something like that)
To use 64 bit xml is that is that only with zedonius configured games like the ones you are tweaking?
Do I use the zed.xml in the bam xml directory and then leave your zipped zedonius file in tables directory with the table of the same name?
And do your zed physics enhanced games Boost FPS?

Zed XML file in BAM dir will not help, my 64 bit XML file is a boost to work with dual core or higher, only changed core to 1.
Always new bumpers are included in zip file and exchange the table bumper (zed needs a very poweful bumper). In BAM dir is no XML file important and would ignore all XML, ZIP files in table folder. In BAM menu at the right under side you see which physic file you use.
Some fps: in xml file core from 0 to 1, high crystal render ball cost some fps. Your system should be fast enough. Your trouble is GT graphic card, much more frames with GTX cards - over 70%. Most important in FP is graphic card which supports fast OpenGL. GT card is good for office but not with gaming 3d render.
Also bam use some graphic intensive features as very poweful flashlights and works sometimes in candle mod better than all led wiz, you have seen.
To get really great fun: tracking and stereocopic at the same time.
This Illusion you can only reach in fp, but you need really better grapic card, 450 gtx, 680 gtx.
And yes: zed physic needs a fast gaming card, not the newest but a fast one.
Try my iron man mod, whats your fps. Do you reach over 60?
Per time bam gets more and more harder for good adjust because of so many features that no pinball simulation all over the world has, that is fact.
