No that is not possible. Either the lights are controlled by DOF or they are not. The start button is only on when you have coins (same as a real pinball table). On my cabinet I always connect "Coin" to 5V rather than having it under DOF control.

I'm running out of free power ports in my Lite board. I thought 12 was enough but my appetite for toys is growing. What can I do in this situation?
1. Can I somehow get additional ports from KL25Z board by myself?
2. Buy additional device
3. Replace Lite board with a Pinscape All-in-One?

I doubt you will get an AIO board since he does not make any boards any more
unless you get a used one from somebody

If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways

Spend it on Hookers and Blow

I am guessing this thread is not monitored any more but hoping someone can answer.  I have a Pinscape Lite and an Oak Micros rotary encoder.

Can I connect the 5V and Ground for the encoder directly to the Pinscape Lite?  If so where do I connect it?

If not than I will just connect it to the 5V and Ground direct from the ATX PSU in the case.

Double-posting is frowned upon. I already answered your question in the rotary encoder thread.
