They are selling Munsters, but they sell to distributors I don't think they sell directly.  Google Munsters Pinball and lot's of distrubutors will pop up.

 

There's been a few posts about Thalamus.  That guy has probably helped more people than anyone else (well, maybe with the exception of Outhere LOL).  He helps at vpinball.com. he helps here and I think I've seen helpful posts at other sites too.  For the record, I don't think his posts in this thread are that bad LOL but if he shows impatience its that sometimes people should also try and help themselves too and his advice here is pretty bang on: you will ALWAYS get better help posting in the release there. This has nothing to do with forum preference, that's also where the AUTHOR of the table is likely to view and answer questions posed by people having issues.  Posting here questions that as mentioned may be answered elsewhere in the actual support thread doesn't help the OP at all.  But like I said, more power to whoever wants an answer to their question

What does that mean?  Are you saying at vpinball.com, the answers are more technical in nature and therefore a newbie is better to ask here?  Don't get me wrong, we all have different skillsets, nothing wrong with that.  But this is the first time I interpret a post that kind of says one site seems better at answering questions than another.  Is this the result of more hand holding maybe by some people who assist here rather than other sites? (not said as a negative, seriously would like to know more how people see those assisting here and at other sites)

 

 

I'm not implying any forum is more advanced then another and being a member to most i think they are all the same. what is different thou is the level of help given at any point to the question being asked. genuine experts here (CP-JP ) and others) always help out if a question comes there way with a table they have worked on. this munsters table seams to be a problem as the members here don't seam to wont to involve themselves for some reason. i cant get involved in the politics of a table or get that involved owing to long term ill health in getting a table to play. so to my original question does anyone here know on how this table has been set up to play the media pack for sound. its a very simple question yes or no? if no then no problem i can then delate the table and move on

Nah. Let's everyone start to cross-post all our issues on all 3 forums each time we have a issue. The author choose to put it up on vpinball. He didn't post it on several forums. Some do and are having a real problem; at least in the beginning of a release keeping track and helping people out the best they can. I've always recommended that a table is uploaded one place first, then when most bugs are ironed out, then maybe post it in the other forums in case the site goes away or something in that direction. Even the author himself explains his reasoning for picking vpinball just a few posts later. Doesn't look like he disagrees with my suggestion of posting it where he expects the questions to be asked - does it ?

The author wouldn't be able to upload it here anyway. Unless the 3 year respect thing has changed. So it's not by choice.

 

VPUniverse and VPinball websites were "pretty much" both incepted just to host newer Stern games because you couldn't get them here.

When did it get to the point where someone can outright call you a douche or whatever they like here on the forums.
Its people like jamal1234 that makes authors leave the scene. I stopped uploading tables due to the disrespect of people like this.
Although i guess I'm just a douch fan boy or whatever you said as well.

Wtf? Ive been here since day1. I sincerely thought we were a "mature" forum. Im 52 and dont have time to suffer fools so I stay away from Reddit and the like. I get, and love that pinball still attracts youngin's here but this read is proof that  even a place that we get all of our entertainment for free attracts assholes. All I can say to anyone here is a massive thank you. Apart from the odd shitty wheel Ive never had the ability to create, so all I do here is mostly consume, yet EVERYTIME I've asked a question, and some of those Q's were really stupid , I've received nothing but open armed help from all of the people accosted here by Jamal. Surely they would not do that to your face if they were standing in front of you or they would get their teeth punched out. Negative comments really spoil the vibe and is a waste of time. So if permission is granted into this forum, it is a privilege and it can also be revoked by a moderator. If the offender wishes to apologize, he/she has a chance to apologize or to make it right otherwise I would plead for a moderator to revoke access to the inconsiderate offender. I appreciate everything all you developers, designers and contributors do. If someone wants to be an "A" hole my vote is to reboot the punks back over to Fortnight and let us keep this hobby without the negativism. So sorry Unc.
