Dear HSM,

thank you for the update, gameplay is much better and the rotation of the wheel looks nice. However the holes are still not sinking the ball.

I changes holes diameter (level 8) to 55, ticked "fall trough" and set the surface to "none", now it works perfectly.

I adjusted the playfield view to these parameters:

Attached File  Marry-Go-Round Cab Para.jpg   6.87KB   1 downloads

Minutes ago I posted 4 pics of my BG as resource for a B2S.

At the end of the game being for a while in game over mode I got a script error in

about line 940

Function AudioFade(tableobj) ' Fades between front and back of the table (for surround systems or 2x2 speakers, etc), depending on the Y position on the table. "table1" is the name of the table
Dim tmp
    tmp = tableobj.y * 2 / table1.height-1
    If tmp > 0 Then
AudioFade = Csng(tmp ^10)
    Else
        AudioFade = Csng(-((- tmp) ^10) )
    End If
End Function

"Overflow of Csng", the above shown line was highlighted

The backglass has only one tilt light. The original had separate lights for each player.

In a tilted game, the "1" lamp of the score display for player 1 lights up after the ball is drained.

I changes holes diameter (level 8) to 55, ticked "fall trough" and set the surface to "none", now it works perfectly.

I don't see any difference with this setting. The way the ball behaves looked good to me in the first place anyway.

What i meant was: In your backglass, when i tilt a game, the lamp for the 1000 points overrun (at the display for player 1) lights up, but only when the ball hits the drain hole, not immediately.

The pics suffer from a yellowness. I tried to corrected the color balance. STAT, if you want to use the new pics, probably you can do something in this way.

Anyone happen to have the font that Gottlieb used for the numbers on this backglass? This is one of the more unique fonts that they used during this era of their EM machines. I've got about 6 fonts that when you combine the various numbers *might* be a good match, but nothing covered by a single font.

And interestingly, it does not look like there is a game over light on the backglass based on the lit image from Mustang1961.

And the reason for 2 Tilt lights - when you tilt the machine, your game ends. So if player 1 tilts, they are done but player 2 can keep going.

I would use "Times" Font, but i don't know, which could be the right one ...
I think. Game Over will be for the Main Lights on/off, that is right for Machines from this Era ?

LM you will pick up the Stuff (Script Optimizations) and also the directbs + new Images by Mustang ?

I guess there is a strong probability that a 60 years old font used by a pinball company was never made as a Pc font.

Similar fonts exist, but, as you wrote, nothing perfect. In this one, for example, the "3" is distinctly different:

Thanks for the update! Would love to see the table size updated to 952x1927 for accuracy someday.

Working on it!

Hi Loserman76, take look to the both cutouts I attach:

Attached File  Gamne Over lit.jpg   56.55KB   1 downloads

Attached File  Gamne Over un-lit.jpg   58.36KB   1 downloads

It is made like the 1,000's indicators.

Greetings, Christian.

Mustang1961 - Ah - missed that. Wasn't looking there for the game over indicator. Now that makes sense.

Albert - for the score reels, I happen to have a custom reel that looks close. I was talking more about the match numbers and ball in play numbers that use an unusual font.

Stat - I have a backglass that is done. Only thing I haven't touched is the tilt logic in the scripting. But I'll post what I have here shortly.

So here's my contribution to this:

Backglass:

Updated Script:

Only thing I did not include in the script is new tilt logic for games of this era.
