Does anyone have this made up with 3/4 inch ply gaps instead of 1/2 inch? This is awesome!

Note, that the shop grade plywood typically had at your local lumber shop is actually 23/32".  I did one of these up like that and it fits my cab like a glove and sent them back to the creator.  The other thing to consider is the side rails.  I made mine out of 1"x2" angle aluminum and coated them with black pickup truck bed liner.  It gave them a really cool powdercoat feel, but might be a little thicker than an OEM Stainless Steel bit of trim in the end.

I updated the files on Thingiverse with the new 3/4 inch plywood version. It is currently the width of a Standard pinball cabinet and should be sized to fit your own.

Any questions or comments please leave them in the Thingiverse comments section. I will only be checking this thread sporadically.

Hi, great project.

Is there a chance to add a middle part (3 parts). My table is 26.7 inch and I need to make it in 3 parts. Unfortunately, my 3D design skills are practically zero. I can make minor changes such as cutting or a slight extension.

How is this Lockbar fixed to the cabinet?

With toggle clamps?
