Interesting post by BorgDog. Going to study what he explains, to learn from. I didn't really notice it as a problem playing. It felt so real to me I am really super impressed with the work you've done here guys. It is one of those tables that now plays so good that I almost forget it is virtual. Super happy. Thank you so much !

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

It's a small issue I have an elegant solution too but it's not a big deal and has no effect on game play but good catch. ;) Getting it to behave like the actual machine is a bit tricky.

Well done!

Thank you to all who developed this table. I had such a great time playing it over the weekend.

I do have one issue that appears to be unique to me. On my system, it appears that only the right half of the orange "fire" insert near the center of the table lights up - the left half always stays dark. Similarly, for the blue "power" insert, only the left half seems to ever light up, the right half stays dark. This is with using the LED mode lights.

I don't know if it is something with my graphics card or system, as this is how it behaves without tweaking any graphics settings on the table after downloading it. I did try downloading and installing the latest graphics driver for my system, but that didn't fix it.

Are you using an AMD video card?

Yea G5k had a similar issue that quite honestly I don't have an answer for. There's an unknown condition causing this somewhere in his and your setup that must be causing this.

I could only suggest changing the "bias" of the light(s) in question and seeing if that fixes it. If so please let me know. I can't seem to replicate it on my end at all.

Did you update to the latest VPX 10.6 beta 3564 or what ever it's up too now?

Thanks 3rdaxis. I will see if I can do that tonight when I'm home from work. I am not sure how to change the bias, but I'll see if I can figure that out.

And thanks for such a great table. It feels and looks so realistic that its hard for me to tell I'm not playing on a real pinball machine.

If you didn't upgrade to the latest VPX 10.6 beta yet don't yet, that could compound the problem. Lets take it one step at a time to see if we can narrow it down first.

I am already running the 10.6 beta. But I think I can reinstall 10.5 tonight for testing.

I'm getting a similar thing on my low power work computer, GT1030 graphics. Not sure what is causing the issue but it seems to be something with the overlapping lights on the inserts.  playing with the depth bias on any of them changes the behavior, but I have not yet found a way to get all of them lit at once.  I'm not surprised when this computer does weird light/graphics things, but I wouldn't expect that on CyclonePF's gtx 1080.

Hi 3rdaxis,
just to report, I see the same half-lit inserts like CyclonePF.
I am using a GTX 960 and the latest VPX beta.
I will try around also...

Awesome table!
