A DOF Flipper error after launching table and using the flippers for the first time is a sign of me missing....... (what?)......  Is it my Controller.vbs , VPinMame.dll out of date?????  Any advice appreciated.

Duplicate .vbs scripts. Look for it in the table folder or any other place that isnt in the SCRIPT folder (like it should be).

Open controller.vbs and search for the error you are getting, DOFFlippers, if your search does not find it, you need to update that script from the 10.2 beta thread

PLEASE READ

The Spin-out ramp code was copied from JPsalas vp9 version.  I sent an early build of the table to Jp and asked for help fine-tuning it for me.  The ramp will work
9 out of 10 times.  In that one occasion, the ball will get stuck,  a quick nudge in your part and the ball will be kicked out.  I tired to use other methods to build the ramp
but I did not get any improved results.  If the ramp is not up to your standards feel free to rebuild it.  Many fans of this table including myself will be more than grateful for a fully working.
100% accurate response.

Well, I am an absolute noob regarding table design, but for Taxi (did I ever say, that I love this one  ?) I tried to understand the function of the different VP objects. So I just analyzed the purpose of the spinout kicker named "SpinOutKicker1" and since I changed its radius from 25 to 30, I had no more stuck balls in the Spin-Out (see screenshot). You could try for yourself, it is easily reversible.

And since it is actually a hole, I also changed its type to "Kickerhole"  ;)

Excellent table!   Best Taxi version I've played.  The SpinOutKicker1 modification makes the ball kick out every time.  One recommendation, though.  It is definitely a Marilyn playfield, but it is set up to run the Lola ROM.  Change your ROM to Taxi_L3 and you'll have everything match.  Great work!  Thanks for doing such a great version of one of my favorite tables!

But here is a little problem. Otherwise... I'm on the way to a new highscore. :db:

It only take a few hours. :bye2:

The woman on the playfield was revised, at the request of the Marilyn Monroe estate, or so the story goes.  On the playfield, the hair color was made brunette and the text reading, "Marilyn" was changed to, "Lola."  Some people claim that Lola was picked because of the Kinks' song because they thought the arms on the backglass figure were too muscular for a woman.  Williams claims they only made 200 Marilyns, but Lolas seem few and far between.

Thank you - thank you 32 !

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

Might be a noob observation, but I found the slingshots to give me alot less trouble by setting LSling and RSling to have 0 Scatter Angle and Elasticity reduced to 0.75

Also, is it just me or is RightFlipper off center(too far to the right)? Made Drac shots easier when I moved it, although the ball still bounces out of the curve occasionally.

Script Error

Line 1

Object doesn't support this property or method: 'obj.Disabled'

I'm using Windows 10 I assume i'm missing something...  yeah n00b
