So the first thing, are you running 10.2 or 10.1?  Have you checked controller.txt in the visual pinball\user folder if on 10.1, or disabled b2s in the Preferences, Keys Nudge and DOF if on 10.2?

10.2 and yes have disabled b2s. 

 

 

 

i'm in the same club it works fine in DT on my other setups , but not on my laptop, in ether 10.1 or 10.2
i've tried all the setting and trick.... 
I know it has something to do with our setups, and not the table.....

 

 

My old laptop and my work computer both with integrated intel graphics did not seem to like lights on the backdrop, my new laptop with nvidea graphics works fine and adding a cheap nvidea to my work computer made that one work much better as well, unfortunately no way to upgrade graphics card on the laptops (generally speaking).

I'm going to have to go along with Borg, this seems to be a localized problem stemming back to the end users puter, not global

there's a screw sitting out in space on the left side of the table In desktop mode. Unfortunately there's no volume adjustments for the rolling ball sound in the script and its set so low you almost can't hear it.

Go into sound manager, select the ball rolling sounds and rise the volume. Save, close and reload the table.

Isn't there a volume setting within almost all the ball rolling sound routine

yes, at least any that work like JP's

 

Some old tables just literally play the sound with no correlation to ball speed etc

but anything remotely modern should allow you to manipulated the volume value and even pitch change. 


If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways

Spend it on Hookers and Blow

Yeah thats why I thought this was strange. Maybe this table was updated from the old vp9.
I haven't looked at it. I don't really enjoy this one so it's not in my collection
