That’s okay Thalamus, thanks for your help and good advice,... turns I’m a ... er my friend is a complete idiot ! Lol

His USB plug was loose... can you believe that.. sorry for wasting your time, well maybe it’ll help anyone else to simply check the USB plug.

Thanks, it’s my first build . It’s strange that windows could still see the device ... I guess just one of the data lines in the USB plug was not making a connection.

Greetings all.  I am having an issue that has shown up as I am putting my cabinet together.  I am running Windows 10 and have a PinDMDv3 installed.  This has worked great and by using the Freezy dll I have been able to mirror PinballFX3 to it thru scripting of the Pinup Popper Front end.  So life is good. 

 

The last thing I wanted to add in the hardware phase is an addressable LED package.  I've installed the strips and set up a Teensy 3.2 board to control them and have that all working, but I've noticed that the Teensy is conflicting with the PinDMD when they are both plugged in.  The DMD is on Com3 and the Teensy is on Com4, but from what I have read around different forums this is an issue that I haven't found a solution to yet.

 

If I unplug the Teensy the DMD works like it did before I added it, so I'm pretty sure that is where my issue is, but I'm stumped on what to do next.  Hope someone has seen and fixed this before.
