Anyone ever play the Armored Core series for PS1?

(Armored Core, Project Phantasma, and Master of Arena)

I chose Wipeout XL, but I also like the original Wipeout and Wipeout 3

The first Twisted Metal was cool, too (I could play the Cyburbia map all day)

What? No Rayman?

That would be my favourite. But I have not really played a lot of PS1 games outside of that one.

I voted CastlevaniaSOTN with Tomb Raider right behind it, and then probably Raiden Project and Tenchu.

Tekken 3, all the way baby! With over 18 fighters, and superb gameplay, this is definitely a classic!

Funny how I am the only one to pick Jumping Flash 2. That game was very fun. Fun platform first person perspective game, but very hard unless you played the original Jumping Flash. Loved that game. I would find it if I could.

Also another favorite of mine that is not listed on here is Tail of the Sun by Artdink. Where you play as a tribe of people, gathering food to build a village, gain knowledge to gain better weapons, and you have to kill mammoths and collect their bones so you can build a tower to reach the tail of the sun. I recommend it if any of you can gain a copy.

Skullmonkeys would be my favorite. That is until I found out about a Japanese import of The Neverhood, but its on PC anyway.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I had a demo of intelligent cube that i used to play quite a bit, was fun. I guess the game is kind of rare now from what I heard a few years back.

Two that were my faves and not in the list: R-Type Final and Ballistic. Ballistic was the PS version of the arcade game Puzz Loop, available in MAME. I actually got to Stage 72 before getting overwhelmed.

Silent Hill for me. It was a really creepy setting and half of the time you couldn't see more than 5 feet in front of your face and had to rely on the static from the radio to determine how close you were to a monster. The game was rated as the no. 1 survival horror game of all time. biggrin.gif

I could have been smart, but I never learned anything by being smart!

FF7 is indeed 1 off the best rpg's ever made in its genre but dont forget
Breath of fire 3,4 and Alundra
the megaman x series
Crash bandicoot wat had 2 be the psx icon and had to get Super mario off the picture but it never even came close 2 mario64
still a fun game to play but there is only one game that just hit a special place and really gave me the vibe of the Nes edition simons qeust castlevania 2,
Castlevania Symphony of the Night the game play and the music was just off the hook altough not 2 hard 2 finisch the game its still one off my favr.

Either Resident Evil (completed the Jap edition) or Ape Escape, bagging those monkeys with analogue sticks was a memory that will last forever.
