Well it's certainly on the right screen but that's about all I have going there.  The backglass is working, the table is going.

OK well after tweaking in regedit it looks like I've managed to get the DMD going.  Is there a way to apply the settings to all of the games?  For that matter, 19 or 17 inches?

There is the setdmd program or export the registry, edit and reload ... or update the values in "default" registry rom, then delete all the roms so that it grabs the default upon first use.

Ok that seems to have worked...now it's just a function of setting the coordinates on the right monitor I guess.  Is there some way to rotate the things or something to make sure they're all in the same place or is that what setdmd does?

Its all in the registry . so either edit it there or use setdmd and give it the right numbers - I find setdmd to be a bit dangerous since it hits everything and if you do it wrong its a mess. I like the edit registry option myself. If you havent done many - just set that default registry item and use that going forward.

No easy answers -- see others that have gone thru the pains of locating dmds correctly :-)

Any idea what the keys are that I should be looking at?  Is there an x/y/screen thing?

Answer to your question is here:    http://www.vpforums....als&article=136

Look at the "Setting up a default DMD location for all tables: section

I did that.  I can see the value it's ROL and it's set to 1 the problem is that I can't seem to unset it.  I put it in defaults and it is being ignored, and if I set it in the instance of the game, it keeps reverting back to being set to 1.

Ok fixed it.  Deleted the default key and recreated it now it works.
