I'm using full screen. It's odd, the table played fine the first time, then i tried a little later & got all those error messages.

i'm playing in full screen mode w/ a resolution of 1024 * 768 on my laptop.

But its just weird because when I booted it up the first time it worked.

Then I tried to play it again and then I get the errors.

One other thought. do you guys have the uvp enabled in the options menu. i think if you have that enabled and don't have uvp on your system it will throw a bunch of errors. if it's enabled, uncheck the box for it than restart it. you may have to restart twice

Very nice update U.W. The ramps feel easier to hit successive shots now, and the animation makes it complete. Plays better all the way round.

Hi!

I can't find UVP in the options menu. Is that on the visual pinball options menu or the internet options menu. I've tried different screen settings full screen or window screen and still get them errors. My screen resolution is at 800 x 600 pixels and my color quality is at 32-bit.

when you go to play the table a small window comes up with some check boxes and you have to push ok in order for the game to start. One of the option in that menu says enable UVP. Make sure that box is not checked. If the menu doesn't come up. there is a line in the script, you can search for it:
'SaveValue cRegistryName, "Options", 0 : Exit Sub ' This will clear your Registry settings if uncommented
remove the first '
run the table
then put the ' back in and run the table and the menu will appear again.
then uncheck the uvp box

Hi!

I don't see UVP in the options menu on the left side. I guess im out of luck with this table. If you were here, I guess you could fixt it for me. I removed those words in the script file 'SaveValue cRegistryName, "Options", 0 : Exit Sub ' This will clear your Registry settings if uncommented, then I closed out the script error, clicked on play and still the errors show up again. I'm still confused here.

Hi!

Finally I got it to work. Yea, when that box showed up first, I remember checking the enabled boxes, then click play then the table wouldn't work coming up with the error messages. Thanks for the help Worship.gif

don't remove the whole line of code, just the '
then run the table
add the ' back in and the menu will appear

I have tried all the suggestions talked about, BUT, I still keep getting all these error messages: "Active X component can't create object" "VBScript Vpinmame version 01560000 required", "S11.VBS ver 3.26 or higher required" I have those scripts in my *tables* folder. "Script Error Line 0 Object required: 'controller'".

I DO have all the currents scrips, VPinmame, and everything....Please, How can this be fixed...???

Richard.

you are getting the error because you have uvp enabled in the options menu for the table, if you uncomment the line stated above, run the table, exit, then recomment the line, when you restart the table a menu will appear when you start the table before it loads. uncheck the box for enable uvp. you may have to restart the table again. that is what is causing the issue

For the record, I LOVE that easy checkbox for the UVP. But is it being checked by default for some reason? Weird that so many people would be getting the error.

It is unchecked by defaut, I made the mistake and checked it because I thought it was going to enhance something.
